The manager who I had the pleasure of speaking to over the phone what short and snippy and very impatient when speaking to a customer over the phone with her kids acting up in the background. The attendant that was working the location was very sweet so that made it ok.

Sign is a little misleading as it's away from the road but it was an easy drop off and the employee was very helpful.

Mike GThe lady that managed the location was helpful when I called her to tell her we couldn't check in via the app, but we did not like the fact that we HAD to check in and get the truck through the app. I thought we would be able to rent the check "in person." It was time consuming and set us back on our move because the manager had to drive out to us to help us check in. We purposely went with this location to avoid the busyness and confusion at the main location of U-Haul, but we ended up spending extra time any way.
Ben CThey definitely did not make the price clear we were charged a lot more than we expected to pay. I would suggest that they tell the customers that if they bring from one city to the next that it will be more money.
