They took the time to clean up the mess that the persons in Radcliff failed to do. All of the problems were started when I made a reservation through your national site and it added $200 dollars of purchased items and rented moving blankets that I didn't order or want. What a mess I will never use uHauls national web site again for a reservation.

We thought we had one ordered at another place but when we arrived they didn't have one. Did everything online. But once we were put in contact with the Peaslees Service Center everything went great. Friendly, helpful and most of all considered about our situation. Wish there was more business's like this one.

First this was not my location of choice, I was directed to it because of an unavailable car hauler. The location was an hour in the wrong direction from my house, and there were no other haulers anywhere near my route of travel, totaling an extra and unnecessary 4 hours for pickup and return to my already 4 hour trip i was making. The Uhaul location was dismal at best. Extremely tight quarters where the trailer was parked, with junk, junk cars, and mountains of tires. Would have been impossible for an inexperienced person to hookup to the trailer let alone drive through the tight corners and in between the garbage. The dealer stated "they didnt put the trailer facing the right way so you'll have to hookup to it as it is and you can just go down around through there to get back out" I had literal inches of clearance on each side with no help from any employees at the dealer. I was left to fend for myself. Even though I have rented a car hauler before and know the information, I received no other information when renting the hauler, just a receipt. They also did no safety inspection after hooking up the hauler, I had to do my own walk around verifying lights worked, tires were properly inflated, hitch and chains were properly hooked. Again not an issue for me but an inexperienced person would not have known any better especially with no help from the dealer. I would highly suggest sending a representative out to this location for a impromptu inspection of the facility. Had I not needed the hauler in such a short time frame, I would have rescheduled to a different location.

I am very upset because I got charged a gas charge. I was to return it with 5/8 of a tank. I stopped 1 mile before the rental drop off and had 1/2 a tank. I put 11 gallons of gas in the tank. Yet, when the take needle was read, it showed less than 1/2 a tank. At one point, I stopped with half a tank and put in 22 gallons to fill the tank. When I got in, the gauge only registered 3/4 of a tank. I think the gas gauge is busted. I would appreciate someone looking into this and possibly getting a refund.

I needed to turn my truck in by 4:45 pm. When I arrived at the dealer there was no one there. They closed at 1:00 pm. I had only one copy of my contract and the sign on the key box said to leave it. I did not leave it because I needed my contract for my files.

My reservation was to pick up at Cheat lake uhaul. I got to cheat lake and was told I needed to go to kingwood. I was not informed by call text or email. Was told it was 10 minutes up the road. It is 45 minutes away. With traffic it took an hour. Unacceptable. I then said that I am not returning the trailer at Kingwood but cheat lake where I had originally booked reservation. Was charged an additional $100+. Unacceptable. The entire process was unacceptable and I request a call back from a manger. I do not plan on usuing UHAUL again until this situation is resolved and I am charged the correct amount.

The gentleman I dealt with at Peaslees was very apologetic for my having to pick the unit up at his store. I was originally supposed to pick it up at another store (Joe's Exxon in Morgantown, Wv, which was closed down two months ago)but i got a phone call the night before scheduled pick up that it wasn't available at that store....I should have been informed of this when I booked. I was not very happy but Peaslees seemed to understand... 5 stars for them but not for U-Haul Inc

This is a rural area and we can not expect a big facility. The personnel was very helpful and dealt with us outside the building. Checked everything and gave us our receipt. We are thankful for having a place to return the truck relatively close to our destination.

It was a difficult drive back to morgantown. The people were very helpful. Truck had mud on inside place mats from previous renter.

The u-haul corporation authorization number caused a delay for over an hour. The local representative was very nice and apologetic and displayed excellent customer services skills. However, the time delay was bothersome to us both by wasting an hour extra and causing him to stay after work to complete the transaction. The corporate system needs to do a better job at handling delays/crashes with the system

The floor of the uhaul was covered in something slick that made loading/unloading objects difficult and potentially dangerous. It also stained several items that were on the floor.

They park the trailers one block behind the building on a gravel unplowed road (down hill). I had to drive down there and pull it up. We had to push the truck and trailer twice with the help of the One attendant.
