Casey BThis location was out of our way and it took us longer to get to this return location than we thought it would. We arrived 27 minutes late and were charged $20. This is rather unfortunate and extremely disappointing. I would very much appreciate it if you could refund the $20. Other than that, we're pleased with our experience.
