AVOID AT ALL COST. Trailer was damaged before pick up. Breaklights and turn signals didn't work. Staff seemed clueless. When I told them we would be dropping off in Minneapois MN, they put it down as Texas. After drop off, we were charged an aditional $1,150.99. We've had to schedule meetings and phone calls for several days in order to dispute the charge. I'd sooner rent a donkey for my next move than a U-haul, especially from this location.

John SWe had to extend our rental for a day due to a faulty trailer and even though it was their fault, we were charged an extra $96 for ONE day, even though daily rental is $30. We were PENALIZED due to U Haul's defective trailer. Not good and we will let plenty of people and social media know about it unless the situation is resolved in a timely manner. Thank you
