Truck Cab was filthy. Cup holders had sticky residue, floor dirty including dog hair. Had to personally clean the Cab prior to my trip. Also got blocked in by an anxious delivery truck. On a positive note, the employee was extremely courteous and pleasant.Stephen S.

This place is an auto and used tire shop. Since I had to wait for the equipment to show up, I sat in the office which needs cleaning. The owner was awesome and really gave me some customer service. My equipment was dropped off AND accepted by a different store. He got a ride to the other store from his daughter and brought the truck and trailer back, showed me specific things to know and some of the damage he noticed. What can you do, notify renters that equipment dropped off at the wrong location will incur a fine as other renters are likely waiting for the same equipment. I give the owner of store 6087 five stars for customer service and likeability.Harold C.

This location was not the one I had a reservation for, it was switch by uhaul and was 7 miles from the other location. Therefore, I had to pay for the extra 14 miles, which was not ok. Will think before I use uhaul again.Deborah Z.

Extremely rude and depreciating staff. When we made the reservation, we were given 2 free days by the call center so our allowed days to keep the trailer were supposed to be 9 days. They refused to acknowledge those 2 free days even though it was clearly input into the system on our order and charged us for those 2 free days plus 5 extra days it took us to make it to our destination due to transmission failure issues plus having to replace the harness due to having no lights at night and having to replace one of the tires which was completely bald. If we didn't have to deal with mechanical issues, it would have only taken us 6 out of the 9 days to make the trip and return the trailer. Renting and driving a trailer with bald tires is illegal and the trailer should have never left the lot until it was replaced. We made the staff aware of the bald tire when we picked it up but they couldn't replace it and just informed us to take it in to a tire shop to get replaced. So that is what we had to do. Having to replace the bald tire and light harness on the rental trailer on top of having to repair a transmission on our vehicle which delayed our trip by 5 days and then getting belittled by staff when dropping it off for no reason and having our 2 free days ignored has made us extremely unhappy with our Uhaul experience. We know shit happens and we dealt with it and did our best to make our trip in the least time possible. Even spent all night unpacking and cleaning out the trailer immediately after pulling in to our new home despite being tired from the long trip just so we could give the trailer back as soon as possible, but to have all that thrown back in our face was unnecessary and outright wrong.Chelcee Z.

Shop owner was not there when I arrived to pick up trailer. Shop was wide open and I had to stand around for 15 minutes waiting even though I had called and told him when I'd be there. When he did arrihe he was rude. Said it would be $60 even though it was quoted at 15.99 online. When I asked what time to return, he said 24 hours so 1pm (even though he wasn't back until close to 130) and when I returned the trailer at 1pm, no one was there and the shop was closed and locked. In the 20 min that I stood there, 3 other customers came. It was overall a frustrating experience. Next time I will just rent a truck from home depot.Krintine C.

Lazy and disrespectful service. I've used uhaul many times and never dealt with any issues. I sent truck back with more gas then needed without reimbursement and then owner charged me 40.00 for a little dirt in back of truck and trailer. Accused me of having second dolly not returned and didn't come out of his office to help with trailer or inspect trucks while I was waiting outside.MICHELLE O.

The truck smelled terrible when the air was running. U-Haul also apparently charges you whatever they feel like with no communication whatsoever. Will definitely not be using uhaul again.devin E.

There was no tongue Jack on the trailer so it was impossible to use our truck while loading the trailer. We needed the truck to move furniture from the house to the trailer because of a backward driveway. But we managed to borrow a truck from my son in law. We were fine.William D.

I dropped off before hours, so I was never inside. When I called, they were very friendly though. My only complaint was that I was charged for gas. The charge was not all that unreasonable, but I would question how they determined that I brought it back with less gas when the gauge only has 1/2 and 1/4 markings. I'm not sure how they could tell that my return was less than 7/16 of a tank. I certainly couldn't tell from looking at the gauge.STEPHEN K.

there is not enough parking space to park a truck with a trailer and car behind the truck. The site is facing a high traffic area and was quite dangerous moving my car off the trailer as I was facing the highway. Then they forced me to gas the truck again because the line was a bit lower than what their papers said. In my opinion the line was above one quarter of the tank, exactly what I got when they gave me the truck. I had to drive back to my home to get my credit card and then take the truck back to a gas station for an additional $15 in gas It is bad policy to penalize the clients with $40 and then jack the price of gas currently at$3.60, to $5. This is not good policy, and just antagonizes potential customers.ADOLFO B.

My original revservation was for a different location closer to home. They changed it two days prior, which was an inconvenience. When I called, they allowed me to pick it up early and promised me 50 miles included instead of 30. My contract ultimately stated 39 miles included instead of 50. I was disappointed in this as it cost me exta money. Aside from the problems with reservation and the false information regarding mileage, I was happy with the rental.Colin A.
