Rental return wasn't checked-in at time it was returned, Resulting in an extra day charge rental fee, even though it was actually returned 1 1/2 hrs before rental period expired.

We dropped this uhaul after hours and there happen to be a gentleman there who told us where to park so we wouldn’t have any trouble from neighboring business or traffic.
Michelle SActually have the size Uhaul I'd reserved! That was ridiculous that the Uhaul site said that location was the only one that had the size I needed near me and then they only had a 5x8! I know it's not their fault, I completely blame whomever maintains the site and the stock count. I had to make 2 trips and keep my moving men twice as long! I was moving an hour and a half away! That was literally me keeping moving men from 10am till 7pm and I could have only kept them half the time if U-Haul has provided the trailer I'd originally reserved! If you ask me, U-Haul should have given me a truck for the price of the trailer I'd originally reserved as compensation!

MIKE FThe U-haul system wouldn’t accept the license information that the attendant was trying to put in. I had the same issue the last time that I rented a truck which is why I wanted a location with attendants. The process took an hour due to the system malfunction):
