Truck was behind a snow pile and still covered with snow when we arrived. Clerk handed us keys to get out ourselves. We told him no you get it out don't want to be responsible for it. He did get it out and cleaned off windshield but wouldn't have if we didn't say anything. They should know what trucks are reserved and have ready. Also many system problems getting license to scan, he was ready to tell us he couldn't let us have truck when finally worked. Location was very convenient, just around corner, and if needed there would use again but would not if further away. Questions above don't have clear yes or no answers. Truck clean once out of snow, location good but questionable staff at pick up. Drop off was much better experience, he seemed to know what he was doing.

The ease of mobile rental was great, but the truck itself had some issues. Inside was very dirty. There were cigarette ashes and butts in there, and a used toothbrush in the glove compartment. Also, the lock on the back to keep stuff secure had been bolt cut at some point and never replaced. I'm glad I did not need this truck overnight because I wouldn't have been able to sleep.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The vehicle was in excellent shape and I was able to accomplish what I intended to do with the cargo van. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location to anyone in the Bethlehem area.

This location is run by the nicest most earnest people and I am a fan of their customer service. The van I rented was only somewhat clean and could have used a deep clean since there was sticky residue on the floor. They seem to have some issues with the key dropbox at this location and it was super confusing at the end of the rental time what to do. Very well meaning people here. They lent me their own hand cart when the official hand cart wasn't available. The U-Haul site features seem a little antiquated...

Very nice counter guy. I guess it’s a new place from what he said. It was an easy overall process. My only real bad comment would be that the location is an awkward to get out of. Not bad bad, but an awkward spot.
