U-Haul has to be more transparent about the pick up process. It took over 30 minutes to figure wow and where to get the key, the lock for the key box was old and weathered, struggled to figure out how it worked then force to too work, then force it to close, just buy a new one please. Then the picture process, had I known this would all take this long I’dve gotten there an hour earlier or gone somewhere else.Remember, you need to make this experience simple and easy for those who are not familiar as you are with your requirements, processes and equipment. Plus to your customers you come off cheap as far as those things previously noted, you can be smart and frugal, but you can’t come off as cheap, we won’t forget. Not sure if I’ll continue to use U-Haul after this experience.
