Dropped off truck at 1 pm but it wasn't checked in till 6pm which made me get charged an extra day. I got refunded but it takes 3 to 5 days and I needed that money after the move I just did. Very unprofessional. I even called I haul to verify I dropped truck off. They called to verify it was there but I was still charged. So as much as I want to blame that unprofessional location... it was not just them. I should not have been charged. Period.

Someone that was not a costumer gained access to the vehicle I used and smoked in it and left it smelling of smoke and unclean. They were in the video when I pulled up at 7:30am. I did call this in.

This was such a pleasant experience. The morning of a moving day is so stressful but Rob made it easy and human. Such a great start to the day! I would highly recommend, even though I had to go a bit out of my way to get here!

Rob was great to work with! I inadvertently reserved the truck for 11:30 p.m. instead of a.m. He caught my error, called me first thing the next morning to verify the correct time and made the change. What could have been a nightmare became a simple fix. I'm a professional mover and have experience with many different locations. This is my new go to UHaul dealer in the Seattle area.

The order to Penny Pinchin was a transfer order, since the original location of the pickup failed to have a truck ready for the date and time and told me this a day before. This scenario shouldn't happen or should happen rarely; the user should be appropriately compensated for the change required to be done to the plan.

You are a ripoff...I paid $222 3 years ago from Spokane to SEattle. You charged $915.00 dollars.Stop gouging your customers. I will never use u-haul again and i will tell as many people i can.

For our first time using uhaul we chose the biggest one ?? might have down sized but it did its job in one move so we didn't need to make more then one trip. But it's is well worth it

Robert is very professional and accommodating. On short notice we needed a truck and he was able to get us a 10-foot truck at a reasonable price. It feels good to support Black-owner business and someone dedicated to helping his community. Thanks for making a stressful time (moving) much less so! I highly recommend this U-haul location!

the vender where we picked up this vehicle should not be allowed to do businesswith uhaul. not professional, smelled like marijuanain the store, only a half tank of fuel in the truck, and left the previous owners wallet in the truck. we had to mail it back to him. horriblerental experience. nothing was explained. im not happyat all. call if you want more details.

The 10' box truck I reserved was not available, and the original Uhaul location contacted me to change my pickup location. Everything worked out in the end, just took a few more steps to get on the road.

The guy is a nice person and he means well. However, he was late to open when I went to pick-up the truck. It inconenienced the people who were ON TIME to help me move. Not good!!! The truck had litter in the cab. He told me it had a half tank of gas...it did not. Then, we had to wait for his son to show-up with the laptop. When I returned it at the appointed time, he was more than a half hour late. Lots of excuses. His laptop didn't work that time and he had to do the transaction on his phone. I dunno...it was just lame and the guy is winging it...expecting the customer to understand. Also, when I swept out the 10' box, there were cigarette butts. We don't smoke. We got it done, but this guy needs to get-it-together. Moving is stressfull...and he only succeeded in adding to my stress. Excuses...excuses...excuses...they don't cut it. There you have it...not a good experiece!!!

Equipment was clean and ready to go - manager was friendly -store was in the middle of the remodel – did not receive a detailed copy of the contract – did not receive a picture of the gas gauge to show how much I would need to put in, so I had to guess what I got to the end of the trip - I was given a drop off site in Ferndale, but that was closed so I had to spend several minutes on the phone with customer service to figure out what to do with the truck – I was told when I picked up the truck that I could drop the truck off in Ferndale and they would be open until 7 PM - they were not open at 6:45 PM

Even though I gave the agent the key for the truck, he (apparently) didn't check the truck in until the next day...resulting in a bill for an extra day :-(

I was renting a trailer, and the rental agent did not have an extension cord to connect the the trailer brake/turn signal 4-way connection to my vehicle. I had to drive to a local O'Reillys and buy an extension and then return. When the agent was hooking up the trailer he lost control of the trailer tongue and ran it into the bumper cover on my car scratching it. The agent was very friendly and tried very hard to help.

Unfortunately they could not find the key to the 15ft truck I had reserved , we agreed that I would take a Transit van which was smaller but worked and U Haul put it right by giving me a $50 credit for the delay and change in vehicle
