My reservation that I made with confirmation numbers was changed by uhaul the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck from W. Seattle. It was changed to Skyway. The store "front" was not only sketchy, but the worker wasn't there when we arrived. I called and he was on his way. The truck gas tank was empty, so we had to put gas in it just to use it. Poor doesn't describe the overall experience. It was a total gong show -
