jonathan bThis was a just a back parking lot of old trailers. There was no facility in sight. I had to figure out how to return the trailer through the app. Poor cell signal caused the app to fail multiple times when uploading condition photos. No one to help me disconnect the trailer. Just a joke.

jonathan bIt could just be me but it seemed odd that they had no trucks except the one I rented. I tried to do the online pick up but was placed in a chat where I waited 15 minutes before I gave up and went inside and found no one in there. 5 minutes later the guy came in and told me I was late for pick up, which I knew, and that he was usually closed at noon. Got me the key and I was on my way.

barbara hOn line sign in and pick up a NIGHTMARE. drop off even worse. Key barely fit in box slot. Why sign in on line then have to do over on phone for pick up? Bad wifi at location. FRUSTRATING!!!

chris lNo service at the pickup/drop off location which made the check out process impossible. I was charged for two pay periods because I could not check out within the booking window and the location was closed so I could not speak to a representative.

SARA GThe cell service was weak causing delays completing the check-in and -out. The van wasn’t parked where it was supposed to be. The registration should alert the client that they should arrive 20-30 minutes before pick-up time when completing rental online during off hours.

chris eThe limited in person drop off hours, combined with poor cell signal, make this location challenging for pick ups and drop offs.
Meagan CThis is not directed toward the staff in anyway. If you plan on advertising checkin and our online make sure you have a wifi connection near by. It was awful experience trying to check in.
Brett BApparently the only cell service that works at this location is Verizon. I could not pick up the truck as planned via the app because of lousy cell service. The location should let people know that only Verizon works at their location. My whole move was delayed a day which was very very inconvenient for me and cost me labor that I couldn’t use on Sunday but still had to pay for.
Christine HThere is no cell service at this location. Had to go to the fitness center across the parking lot and ask if I could use their guest WiFi to process my pick-up. The process took 1½ hours. The owner of this location should install a WiFi access point or a cellular network extender.

Anne MProvide clearer directions as to where to leave the trailer. The instructions say to put the trailer in the main parking lot. I did so, only to learn that it is supposed to be in the back lot. The employee said that he would take care of it, but clearer communication would be helpful to others.

Willian COur truck was not there when we arrived for pickup. They changed the location to 30 minutes away. Instead of trying to help us, the manager just kept on eating and telling us there was nothing he could do. If we didn't need a truck that day I would have cancelled.
