chris L.As Uhaul appears to be forcing people into renting and returning via an on line app there should be free wi-fi or wifi with a code for renting and returning vehicles. I had no signal either via wifi (as there is none at this location) or via cell. Makes returning a vehicle much more difficult than it needs to be. The hours at this location are incredibly inconvenient as well - closing at noon for a service industy - really? I had no choice in my pick up location as U haul does not let you choose, they assign based on vehicle availability.

Richard R.Online Change of drop off location does not work and impossible to find someone on the phone that will help. Either not correct region or just couldn't do it. Everyone gave me different phone numbers to call and none picked up. Permaclean location is as fantastic though.

JOHNIS M.The location is a Hertz rental that also has UHaul. Their hours are odd, so any drop off after noon needs to be done in a key drop box. I didnt know that, but they were very nice and called me the next day to confirm the drop off was all set.

The cargo area had many leaks on the roof and many of my stuff including furniture got soaking wet due to the rain. I've been renting U-Haul for several years and have never got an equipment in such condition.

The only challenge that I had is the mobile app connectivity was difficult there (not sure if it was my mobile phone or the location so I was unable to finish the drop off procedure there and had to send an email to the location.

William B.Tell me when I'm signing the forms that I'll have to take a picture of the vehicle when dropping off - or be charged extra. The guy didn't mention it and although it might have been in the paperwork fine print, he should have said something. Although I did receive a text, it was too late by the time I got it to go back and take a photo. I have rented U-hauls in the past, and thought the procedure would be the same. Guess not though. I am guessing the agent might NOT mentioned this on purpose, since it basically means that you get double what's charged for the truck when you charge the $20 “convenience†fee if a photo isn't taken.

RAYMOND F.I was so impressed by the rent by phone process. It was so seamless and easy to use - I was in a pinch and was able to rent/pick up in 15 minutes. I found it much easier than any in person experience I've had with U-Haul (not that they've been bad!). It is a great product and I will certainly be letting my friends know!

karl F.The instructions were overall pretty helpful. The one for locating the ID number on the side of the truck was a tad confusing. It said “bottom left side of truck†which could mean different things depending on which way you're facing the truck. I happened to be behind the truck, which made the instructions wrong. They were meant for if you're facing the front of the truck. No big deal. Minor improvement. :) thank you for the ease of use!
