My ex and I rented U-Haul trucks on the same day under different phone numbers. Somehow when he went to pick up his, my rental came out and was switched. When I went to pick up a truck in the afternoon, I didn’t have a truck reserved. I had to call U-Haul and they made me a new reservation and I had to drive to another location to pick up another truck. It delayed me over an hour. It was truly inconvenient and I’m not sure why the accounts were connected or mixed up and I believe they still are so. I believe I should receive a discount for my rental due to so much inconvenience. I had to call U-Haul 3 times to get it resolved and rent a truck on Saturday. Please help. Thanks!

Jeff BHorrible Horrible Horrible Truck was covered in dry paint No fuel. Low fuel light on within seconds of leaving Reservation included a hand cart which was not there. I notified you via chat of the missing cart. I was charged $100 for the cart after return. Notified you via chat again or invalid charge. This location is pathetic
Brian HExcept some thing happened I keep getting text saying my truck was not turned in even though it was turned in the next morning so then I got phone calls then I got an erroneous charge on my card for $503.14I’ve made a dozen phone calls to get all this resolved. The charge is still pending on my account. Hopefully it drops off here without actually being charged.
Angela LWe were dropping the truck off around 330pm. We arrive to a sign that says open and manager on property. The door was locked. We knocked. No one came. So we tried doing the virtual drop off, it wouldn't accept our odometer picture. We were out there for about 20 mins before a guy on a golf cart comes out to us and says he will do it for us. So it was frustrating not to have anyone to help us for all that time when we were there when the facility should've been open.

Michael OMake information available to the customer regarding motorcycle model loading. When loading my motorcycle, I found the deck of the trailer scraped the engine of my motorcycle because the tailgate angle was too steep when parked on level ground. I had to place wood between the ground & tailgate to prevent this from happening when unloading my motorcycle.

Steve CThe truck was extremely uncomfortable to drive. It feels like the tires need to be balanced as there was violent shaking after going over 35. I was told the truck was kind of rough due to being a local use only, high mileage truck but it was excessive. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I would recommend the location but was not satisfied with truck.
