This was not the original drop off place I was told to go to. The original at 639 E New York Ave Deland Fl refused to accept the drop off saying they did not have room. They should be discontinued as a dealer for you. I would never attempt to deal with them again. The people where I did drop off were helpful

Not ask us to pick up a tow with a ripped tarp for 1300 miles and want to offer very little to compensate ! The tarp ripped off during a thunderstorm and had to be ducted taped together every 50 miles ... We could have been killed !!!

I put in 1 1/2 gallons of fuel to cover 11 miles of travel and was charged an additional 1 1/2 gallons on my contract. Outrageous. At best the fuel gauge must be faulty. I responded to a request for comment and have had no reply.

U-Haul should inspect thoroughly before sending equipment out. The trailer we rented had its wires inside disconnected and damaged so we had no tail lights

At the rental drop off location personnel were very helpful. I was not impressed however, with the equipment pick up location in or near Orange city. The U-Haul personnel there did not show me how to properly connect the trailer hitch as it is different than I’ve seen in the past. When I arrived to the drop off location the U-Haul personnel asked me if I was shown how to connect the hitch. I let Shelley know that no one at the pick up location showed me how to connect the trailer. Shelley informed me that the trailer hitch was improperly connected. Had the trailer separated I would’ve easily lost control of the trailer as I was on the highway. This is very disconcerting to me.

I am left cheated. The amount was charged to my card before I even left. And I wasn't returned any of the initial deposit I was sent out the door with a you'll get a receipt by email. Receipt being for the amount they charged me in the beginning which If disclosed this is what you will pay don't tell anyone what they may receive back. Also let your customer know what they should expect the details of the truck.

Th drop off location I actually found was very good. U-Haul customer service was terrible. The return location refused since they no inter are with U-Haul. Second location given to me also refuses for same reason. I was give third location, same refusal. I had to find a location. To accept my return. This process was infuriating. If this is U-Haul service, I would not recommend using U-Haul in the future

I am upset with the pricing . I only had the truck for at least 22 hours. When I went into the store she stated I drove "34 miles" but when I was emailed the receipt "39 miles" was entered into the computer, which made my price $80. Then when I called to verify the mileage no one ever answers the phone!

The item I rented was not at the initial location I chose. While I did receive a phone call advising me of that and was given an alternate location, the change had me rearrange my plans. I guess, you guys really should know where your equipment is beforehand. These kinds of changes on the day of the move, can be quite frustrating and even lead to logistical problems that you guys can be legally held liable for.

I never complain about on these things, but this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a business. The employee working disregarded my appointment I made a week before and the office was closed when I showed up. After waiting and hour and a half they opened the office and informed me they had closed simply because they were too busy, and were unbelievably rude. Then they were incompetent using the computer system and there were multiple problems in setting up the rental. Now I find they double charged me and I'm trying to dispute the charge. I'm sorry but this is a terribly run business.

The truck had electrical problems. No tail lights, brake lights, turn signals and if it weren't for a State Trooper. I wouldn't of found out and someone might have run in back of me. I did not complete my move and you guy said you would be in touch with me. I am very unhappy with your service.

There was no indication of where I should drop the Trailer. I called and they said anywhere. After leaving it on the side of the Building as I drove around the back there was a drop off spot. They need signs letting people with trailers know where to drop them.

When I booked the truck, it was for a specific location. when I got the confirmation text, it was for another location. I had to call the next morning to confirm that I had a truck to rent.
