JACQUIE CGreat customer service. Easy to rent and return. We ran into one issue though. When we went to drop the back gate of the open 5 x 9 trailer the pin would not come out of the opening to allow the gate to open. It was pried/bent shut which made it a bit more difficult to load and unload the product we purchased which was the reason for the trailer rental

JOSEPH PThe only problem was the truck they gave me had a terrible wind noise on the passenger door. Sounded like a cazoo for a 23 hour trip.

RALPH PI rented a 5x9 open trailer on the U-Haul website. I had to request a specific pickup location, but the return site was “optional” . When I picked up the trailer, the dealer said I had to return the trailer back to his location, more than 50 miles out of my way! The U-Haul website was deceptive! I caution anyone who rents a trailer or truck, make sure the vehicle can be returned to a location of your choosing.

The only reason I got a truck was a cancelation at personal mini storage. They were great and saved the day. I would never recommend uhaul to anyone. My whole move was almost a disaster because of their incompetence.

RENE SThe folks at Personal Mini Storage in Dunnellon are super friendly and helpful. This was, without a doubt, the best U-Haul pickup and drop-off experience I've ever had.
DAVID DI filled up the gas to the same level, but was charged 10.92 for 2.3 gallons of gas. You should just have a full tank then it's easy to fill it up before you drop it off like a rental car. A partially filled tank is stupid and lazy on uhaul's part. It was nice to keep the van until Sunday without being charged and the owner was friendly, so no problems with him personally. I cleaned the windshield and steering wheel because they were disgusting. The van also smelled like ass. Maybe spray some febreze next time.
