I have no complaints with this location or the person I rented the uhaul from. In fact she was so so sweet and knowledgeable! My complaint has nothing to do with this location at all! But this was the only LOCATION that was open over a weekend! When do people that work move? OVER WEEKENDS! I had to go 30 miles out of my way to get a place open over the weekend so I could move! At a $1.00 a mile it gets expensive! Plus the time factor, terrible!

We rented a trailer for our sons move, during the move we experienced trouble with our truck. We were going to return the rental to the same location we rented from but thought with our troubles we should not chance damaging our truck or the trailer. We found a U-Haul location close to return the trailer. Our Contract read if you DO NOT return the trailer to the place with which you rented there will be a double charge.. We had No problem with that. The man who we returned the trailer to checked it and said there were No problems and directed us to where to park it. When we arrived home and checked our bank account there was a charge of 150.00 plus dollars which was NEVER told / explained to us by the renting company OR written Anywhere on our Contract or even explained to us by the man who we returned the trailer to. For such a large and well known company I think this is a false and dishonest advertising. You should not have any hidden fees it should be ALL written in your contracts and explained at time of renting. We did not intend to change our return plans we had to, to return home safe. I know this $150.00 did not hurt or help a giant firm like yours but it did hurt us. We just helped move my son, get him into an apartment so he can start his 1st job after graduating college and turn electric and cable on. We are very strapped and that money was to be our food money for the next 2 weeks till our next pay check. I hope you are very proud of your selves by hiding fees to entrap unknowing customers and / or NOT having your Employees inform customers about these extra fees before taking back your equipment. Remember us when you sit down at the supper table tonight to eat. Not happy customers.....

We had many logistical problems with our rental. We were not aware tht the location we booked is only a preferable location. Our location was changed. I received an email but only noticed that it was same street time and date. Had no clue it was a change of location. Then, when i purposely resrved the drop off location, when we got there they would not take our return and sent us down the way to another location. They were repaving their lot next morning and had already made arrangements with uhaul. Why would they book us for that location less than 24 hours before that? THERE IS A MAJOR MANAGEMENT and COMMUNICATION CORPORATE problem. We will never rent UHaul again for this reason! The Uhaul employees at the locations were all very nice and appeared frustrated by the mix ups as well.

My husband went to pick up the trailer at the 830 am time before attending my fathers funeral. No one was there. We called and called and called. Finally able to pick it up at 230 that afternoon. Kind of inconvenient

The drop off point was great and the couple that run the place were very friendly and helpful.

I was disappointed with your company's policy of requiring a four day rental for a trailer that I only needed for 2 days. I am a medical professional and we are required to give refunds when the customer rents a product for given length of time and it is returned early.

When calling your service center who ever takes the call could be more nice than an attitude tone when finding out where to turn in the vehicle. Also for long distance moving the truck was very loud in the cabin to where it was very hard to hear the radio or the person in the cab next to you.Try listening to that for a 18hr trip. Your programming for controlling the sped was a pain in the ass when climbing the mountains. Service was great but for the truck I don't expect it to ride like a Cadillac but the noise factor should be taken into consideration. You should make people aware moving long distance that having a pair of noise cancelling headphones is needed.

I do not believe the issue with the trailer was the fault of Personal Mini Storage. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. It just happened that this trailer was infested with roaches, probably from the previous user. The issue was not readily apparent until I began loading the trailer. It required insecticide treatment prior to loading.
