Great customer service. Easy to rent and return. We ran into one issue though. When we went to drop the back gate of the open 5 x 9 trailer the pin would not come out of the opening to allow the gate to open. It was pried/bent shut which made it a bit more difficult to load and unload the product we purchased which was the reason for the trailer rental
