JEFFREY SI have no issues with any of the people that worked at either location I dealt with, they were great. The issue is with the equipment, specifically the tow dolly. This tow dolly does NOT work with not only the car I tried to tow it with, but other cars that this website lists as being 'compatible'. There simply isn't enough ground clearance, and it's due to the ramps (they're as thick as a 2x4), and the fact that the wheel straps have brackets that are sticking up and reduce clearance between the car and the dolly. it's simply a poor, antiquated design and you all are renting these things out and they're not able to be used. I rented the tow dolly, tried to load my car, and it wouldnt fit - not even close, even though the website says its compatible. we tried my stepmom's car just as a test, same thing; not even close to working, website says 'compatible'. waste of $56. when i returned it, I asked the employee if people return these tow dollys without being able to use them, his response was 'yes, all the time'. PLEASE, you all need to phase these things out and either redesign them to work with today's vehicles or not rent them out at all.

THOMAS GDo NOT go there alone as a woman! They will bully you and scam you! Go to ANY other location!!!! Warning. I was literally bullied by Joe who literally said the MF word in front of my 11 year old Son to me. The short man with his NY attitude was such a bully from the moment I arrived. I wanted to do mobile check in and out but they did it themselves and scammed me! I have placed a formal complaint with Uhaul.

RICHARD PI don't think I should have been charged $10.50 for fuel because I returned it with 1/4 of a tank which was more than when I received it.
Bruce DMy original pick up location did not show up. I had called 2 times to make sure I could get it on time.. First I was told it was ride share, then called and was told equipment not set up that way. Then I got switched to another location. Outside truck was smashed in, returning location couldn’t believe they let me drive it that way. Then I found a real crack pipe under the seat when I was making sure I had all my personal belongings. This is 2nd time I have had the pick up location not show up in that general area. I have rented many trucks from you and this was the worst experience. Pickup time was important to my day going smoothly, that did not happen
David CThe ratchets for the wheel straps need attention on the car hauler I rented but other than that it was a good piece of equipment.

When we went to drop the back gate of the open 5 x 9 trailer the pin would not come out of the opening to allow the gate to open. It was pried/bent shut which made it a bit more difficult to load and unload the product we purchased which was the reason for the trailer rental
