GEORGE C"Would you recommend this location to a friend?" There is a closer Uhaul to my home but had to go 45mins out of my way to get a 6x13 trailer because my local uhaul yard did not have it in stock. Then I was told I had to return the trailer to the same yard" because it was their trailer" and I could not drop it with the Uhaul thats 5 mins away from my home.

Beverly RI had to return the trailer to the same location within an hour. I received a 50% refund but should have received a full refund. Not happy about that at all. I do not feel that was fair to charge me at all. I denied no one the use of the trailer.

Earl HDrop off was very easy. The young lady looked at the trailer and asked some questions and we were on our way.
Donald LMade several attempts to drop off equipment 2 days before. Closed sign and at time had not installed app on phone. The day it was due still no one available, I had to install app. I was hoping to turn it in 2 days early. I have used this place as drop off before I was very unhappy it is changed since last time.

Corey JOne thing I didn't understand you only gave me three options where to drop it off and all those options were out of my way they were closer ones by me and I was told it was going to be a $200 fee if I dropped it off in the wrong place I just don't understand this thank you

mehul mPlease inform all, but particularly out of state, renters that you are REQUIRED by Florida to stop at agricultural check points. We were pulled over and issued a warning minutes after leaving with the rental.

Alfonso RThere were so many issues with this location for this rental. First of all they parked the truck between the flagpole and ditch so I had to finagle out of the spot. They could have parked it in the parking lot and had it ready. They left the key in a lock box that wasn’t even locked and the truck was unlocked sitting on the lot. The truck was disgusting and didn’t appear to even have been washed to even tell if there was damage to it. The front driver side looked like some mud or something was splattered all over the side. The photos they had online for checkin were blurry, the photo of where it was parked was not the right truck or where it was even parked. Secondly, I got home and the dolly was bent. The lip on the bottom was bent downwards so you couldn’t stand it up nor could you balance appliances on it to move them. I called 4 times to the location throughout the day with no one answering, I talked to the locations answering service and they left urgent messages with the manager and I never got a call back. Because of this dolly being bent, it took my move twice as long and difficult. This locations lack of customer service or care for the customers liability (difficult parking spot, unlocked truck and keys) will never make me recommend this location nor leave a good review.

Allen ELocation was closed tried to drop off online and showed that I did not have a rental. Also a previous time tried to have me drop off rental an hour away, while I would drive past 5 locations. Never using Uhaul again.
