Reservation was for 12pm, nobody was working, called the assistance phone number on paper, James Blacketer who runs this so called business said he was over an hour away. He stated he would send someone over, a previous employee, which didn't work for uhaul anymore, to get us checkered out. Me and my 80 year old parents set in 102 degree heat waiting on rental. I took a picture that stated reservation on time or receive $50.00 I have receipt stating non-compliant time frame. I will be calling and emailing Corporate on this matter. I have never had an issue and have used your company many times check my record, this one was a disaster. You should revoke this location that carries you brand for rentals. Thank You for your attention in this matter.
