My contract said the truck would be full of fuel and it wasn’t. By the time I realized this, the link to dispute expired so I couldn’t make a note of it. I took a picture of the fuel gauge with the mileage showing that the tank was empty and I only drove 1/4 mile. When I dropped the truck off and told them about the situation, they said there’s nothing they can do and I’d have to pay a $100 fuel charge. This was after putting $50 of fuel in the truck. I tried calling the place where I picked up the truck but no one answered so I left a message but haven’t received a call back. I am never using U Haul again.

The gentleman in the office was awesome. I think his name is Mike. I come from a carrier in hospitality and I would hire him. Give him a promotion. He knew my name when I returned the van. He explained the terms clearly and offered us further assistance. I will definitely call him if I need your services again.

I ordered my truck fully online where I did not have to check in with someone in person. When I ordered the truck, I ordered a furniture dolly along with it, which costs $7. After picking up the truck and arriving to my location I realized there was no furniture dolly located in its designated area in the truck. After I dropped off my truck rental (on time), I noted through the U-Haul app that there I was not given a furniture dolly, expecting that amount to be taken off of my bill. I was initially quoted at $90.10. My card was charged $87.29, as well as $2.81, which does not make sense to me. This means I was charged for something I never received even though I properly indicated it through the app.

The experience at this particular location was good! The U-haul web site has been very confusing to follow. When booking the vehicle, we chose a location where the truck was located, then received an e-mail confirmation with a booking address. The problem was the booking address was NOT the same location where the truck was located. This is the 2nd time this has occurred over the past 2 months and has been frustrating. What is equally as frustrating is that this issue appears to be common - when mentioning it to the individual store managers. Please fix this issue!

No one was in the office until over 3 hours after my rental was supposed to start. I had to call another location to help me get in touch with the person who was supposed to be working. Then when Toni showed up, she was rude and it was worst customer service I ever experienced, no apology for the inconvenience, not even an acknowledgement of it, and then had an attitude with me the entire time we were there. I will never rent from this location again and I’ve been warning everyone I know about the horrible service.

When I made reservation I asked for 12 furniture pads, they only had 6 at location, had to buy extra at Home Depot. Very inconvenient and expensive.

I returned the truck full and have the gas receipt. I informed the employee of this. She said her computer is down and will send me a receipt on line. I received a a copy of the contract it included a charge of $8.50 for two gallons (20 miles). I need this charge be removed.

The truck driver side handle was missing and the milage out was wrong. I tried to have them correct it but they wouldnt. The milage out was 91205. The truck transmission was wining . will not rent from them again.

Its was annoying wasted 1hour and 30mins to get a truck...employee kept charging our cards because the system kept saying that there was an error in the contacts section she kept going back then asking for my card info thinking that it wasnt going through but it was now i have to deal with them and my bank to make sure it was correctly refunded /credited back to my account

1st time user, did everything online and was ready to go in less then 5 minutes. Person at the location was great. But I was suprised to see the final amount charged to my card, plus the gas for big truck is not cheap, didnt know that. So i have spent a double of what my estimate was.\ But i was very pleased with the experience.thank you
