MARY DPete's was great. Very helpful, knowledgeable and quick. But after our pickup and trailer were stolen 13 hours later from the hotel parking lot, it was all downhill. U-Haul recovery called and told me the trailer was about to be impounded. I had to explain that it had been stolen with our pickup, so no, I wouldn't be retrieving the rental since most of its contents were missing and I didn't have a vehicle to tow it. And the "safe move" insurance doesn't cover losses from theft. Thanks for nothing, U-Haul.

Michael PThe truck engine had a funny noise when idling. I assume some adjustment is required. I drove fine and I didn't notice the noise when I was driving down the road. It may have been road and wind noise that covered up the funny noise. Otherwise. Wonderful truck.

Patricio JLocation was fine, but the inability to pick up the truck when I had requested it 2 weeks in advance due to the uhaul site is unacceptable. Even the back up website was down, which was extremely frustrating. I was unable to ick up my truck for over 2 hours after my initial time I scheduled and without it would not have been able to move into my apartment.
