Drop off location parking was a little difficult
ernie hStaff were friendly. Helpful. However, when I checked out the trailer, the right rear turn signal was out. I felt it was out but the technician that I picked the trailer up from said, "it's just the reflection from the sun - it's working." I ended up driving 1,000 miles with a turn signal that didn't work.
David GThe receiving location was not open due to a federal holiday. U Haul should get their computer code writer to revise this survey form to include a "not applicable" option. The U Haul reservation form needs significant improvement. I was stuck at the pick up location for 2 hours, trying to complete the reservation process. The Phoenix AZ area manager (Tony Adams) was very helpful in solving the problem.
