I ordered boxes, blankets and bubble wrap when I reserved the truck but none of that was ready or even available when I picked up the truck.

JORGE CSite was supposed to open at 9am, but owner came in 5 minutes late. Check in process seemed to be different than the one I had just weeks before, including calling my sister for a verification of her number. I just spent over $1,000 with U-haul two weeks before and all of the info should be in my profile, This was the only 5x8 trailer available in the area apparently and while it looked clean and nearly new, the rear door latch was almost impossible to close, which I discovered after hauling it 20 miles away to a pickup site. Otherwise, the trailer tracked smoothly. I was surpised that it didn't have a built-in jack to prop up the tongue.

JADYN NOnce I arrived to the destination, I decided to return the trailer earlier than the reservation called for / at the drop-off location "Dimitri" was also extremely helpful and graceful in explaining towing hitch best practices. I'm going to patronize both of these locations again in the future and also I'll be spreading the word about the staff at each location as well. Job well done!

Nolan VLocation was close and easy to drop off, it was after hours so not interaction with staff. I left the vehicle with more but similar gas level -empty- and I was charged $24 for gas even after calling U-Haul at pick up time to inform them that the gas level was extremely low and offering picture proof.
Joseph HGentlemen here was slightly uninformed perhaps as he so the first charges yet billed me final. Understand as he said you billed after drop-off yet as explained I was billed before verified by bank account
