Pick up was easy and the equipment was well maintained. But after hours drop off is a pain - the food trucks next door attract a large number of customers who park in the area where we are supposed to leave the rental trucks/vans and it's extremely difficult to leave your van in the right spot, and even more challenging with space limitations to take pictures of the vehicle after drop off.

The truck pickup and perfromance for driving exceeded my expectations. However - I also contracted a move service through your website (SuperMovers) and had a horrible experience, and will not recommend that anyone use this.

Alex AThe truck was there, ready to go. The only issue is that the radio in the 10ft doesn't have bluetooth for your phone. You can connect a USB cable but it doesn't seem to work with Android, it only seems to work with an iPhone with a USB C connector. I tried an iPhone with lightning and it couldn't connect. Another iPhone with USB C running the same version of iOS worked just fine. Not sure if those radios need a firmware upgrade or something to fix that.
