Kevin AIt was such a tedious process especially for renting a truck for only about 4 hours. The U-Haul staff said we didn’t purchase the extra insurance coverage, so we had to take a bunch of photos of the truck ourselves before leaving. Then when we returned it, we had to take even more photos. It definitely wasn’t simple after hours drop off the key and go situation like a regular car rental. We also had to move cones blocking the parking space. The U-Haul was located in a gas station. That said, the truck was brand new, which we really appreciate.
