The ramp sucked! When I put it back in, i had to use so much force, or else it wouldn't go in. I really appreciate the guy who gave me the keys. He gave me lots of headsup regarding which areas to avoid due to the large size of the truck.

They charge me for an insurance at the final which I don’t know from the beginning, and the receipt say 61 and on my bank they charge me 69 dollars

Site was supposed to open at 9am, but owner came in 5 minutes late. Check in process seemed to be different than the one I had just weeks before, including calling my sister for a verification of her number. I just spent over $1,000 with U-haul two weeks before and all of the info should be in my profile, This was the only 5x8 trailer available in the area apparently and while it looked clean and nearly new, the rear door latch was almost impossible to close, which I discovered after hauling it 20 miles away to a pickup site. Otherwise, the trailer tracked smoothly. I was surpised that it didn't have a built-in jack to prop up the tongue.

The truck didnt start they didnt have an extra truck. They didnt know a truck was being return. I was able to use a returned truck. They said they would credit me and they NEVER DID!

Once I arrived to the destination, I decided to return the trailer earlier than the reservation called for / at the drop-off location "Dimitri" was also extremely helpful and graceful in explaining towing hitch best practices. I'm going to patronize both of these locations again in the future and also I'll be spreading the word about the staff at each location as well. Job well done!

Location was close and easy to drop off, it was after hours so not interaction with staff. I left the vehicle with more but similar gas level -empty- and I was charged $24 for gas even after calling U-Haul at pick up time to inform them that the gas level was extremely low and offering picture proof.

Gentlemen here was slightly uninformed perhaps as he so the first charges yet billed me final. Understand as he said you billed after drop-off yet as explained I was billed before verified by bank account
