Was told could pick somewhere else. No directions where to park, trashy, dangerous , pieces of wood and trash everywhere. Grass very tall and dangerous, area too small to turn around, had no idea where to enter or exit, blocked off by small equipment

Make sure the gas is filled up, it was on a half a tank when I received it. I returned it with a half a tank. Still questioning as to why I was charged an extra $60 when I dropped it off.

This was a convenience store that I had to pick the trailer up from due to availability. This was an employee of the store who was also the U haul rep bouncing between both roles simultaneously as customer kept showing up. Not an ideal situation although he was very helpful to get the trailer connected with the jack since it was a larger trailer that could not be picked up. He originally offered the jack to me and was doubtful he could assist. Is this U Haul policy to allow customers to do this on their own? I also checked the tire pressure the next day before leaving and filled all four tires that were at 40 PSI and should have been at 65 PSI, a dangerous trip had I not checked.

There were closer UHaul locations that I could have dropped the truck off. It was nearly 30 miles to drop it off. This is rediculous.

The first truck we were given didn't have the requested Dolly. Then after filling the entire truck with our belongings, we go to take it to our desired location and the check engine light comes on. So we take it back to get another one and it had the dolly in the truck.. all in the same day. I'm not sure why we didn't just get that truck with the dolly since we ended up having to go buy a dolly. The location was convenient and the employees at the station were very nice. I'm just not sure why they offered something they didn't have then gave us another truck that had our frontally requested item.

no one to help hook up trailer. was told I had to do it myself despite never hooking one up. the lady inspected it before I departed to make sure it was ok. would NEVER rent from that location again!

I returned the truck with more fuel than it had when I picked it up and the store charged me a fuel charge when I turned the truck back in. I have documented photos showing the fuel when I picked the truck up and when I turned it back in (showing more fuel when I returned it), but I was still charged the additional fees.

This Uhaul location was amazing and she went above and beyond helping me with my 20’ truck and auto transporter for my car. I was hesitant on setting it up as it was my first time but she was amazing and helping me get the transporter and helping me set my car up on it and getting it strapped in and everything for my 1000+ mile trip. Everything went perfect with no incidents. Would highly recommend this location.

Worse U-Haul location. No space to turn/backup with a trailer. Had to work with another customer returning a trailer so we could return the two trailers. Owner/operator demanded we leave the trailers in a small fenced area.

Too busy. No where to parked. Got yelled at when I temp parked in handicap to try to figure out where to go because I can’t walk long distance and my back was hurting due to the long trip. I normally have my DV plate on my truck and can park there. Made me drive out of my was to return even though there was a closer location.

Right tail light did not work properly, it lit up but did not blink or show braking. The electronic submission of documents is lacking. Too, I did not know what my charges were until after it was returned. I also returned it much earlier than due (I only had it over night -parked). I felt I should have been charged less. When I returned it, no assistance was given, I was told to park it and I could leave (no inspection or receipt was given.) If this is how U-Haul now operates, we will consider other rentals.

The truck was not clean. You could barely see through the windshield (inside and outside). The windshield wipers were in poor repair and made it dangerous to drive in the rain. I was overcharged for both the rental and insurance, but Uhaul refunded me promptly.

I had to go and find the trailer in their lot, connect the trailer all by myself. The employee was extremely rude and seem bothered when I mentioned that I had a Uhaul reservation, trailer lights didn’t work and employee just shrugged his shoulders. Terrible service

In the last two weeks I have rented a 26' box truck and 6'x12' from this location(which I'm pretty sure was only 6'x9', which I questioned before I left. But he insisted it was 12'). Both times the attendant was on his cell phone the entire time I was trying to check out. When he needed something from me he would just throw a phone at me with a form to fill out or when a signature was needed. Then I had to manually pickup the trailer to hook it to the truck. I've had two back surgeries in 4 years. Not fun. I found out after he got off the phone that he had a tongue jack the whole time. He was just too busy on the phone to help me, I guess. Then he tells me he had to "check" to see if the trailer was hooked up properly before I could leave. So after I waited for him to do whatever he was doing, he comes out to literally glance at the rear of my truck. He didn't inspect anything. So I waited for nothing wasting more of my time. Anyway, this guy is extremely unprofessional. I will drive 30 minutes to the next uhaul dealer the next time I need to rent anything.

Truck was in poor shape and felt unsafe at times Clerk was rude (he was overly busy) and had to complete the transaction on his phone which took almost an hour due to gas station customers coming in.

This location is a independent partnership location run out of a gas station. I scheduled a truck, and trailer along with two dolly’s and blankets. First the guy running this thing is very impolite. He is more focused on helping the customers in the gas station, rather than helping you checkout so it took over an hr and a half to checkout. He had no dolly’s or blankets (which i was still charged for.” The truck I rented wasn’t clean and smelled horrible. I wouldn’t rent from this location ever!! Poor business ethics.

I didn't have time to do the online check in which was a huge mistake. The cashier basically just had to do it on his phone while never ending his own phone call. I had to wait between each step while he waited on other customers because selling vape flavors was way more important. After 45 minutes we were done and the trailer I was assigned was in the back of a weed infested field. I had to move two bigger trailers by hand to get to mine and in 90 degree Florida heat I was not gentle. There was another trailer my size and I should have went back inside and requested that one but I was hot and frustrated by that point. I got it hooked up but didn't know I needed a wiring extension to hook up the lights. The cashier came out and pulled on the tongue and gave me a thumbs up. I asked if he sold wiring extensions and he said no. So I drove 10 miles with no trailer lights to the nearest Walmart. In hindsight doing the online check-in would have saved a lot of time as long as you don't need any other help.

This is a gas station. People purchasing gas or items in the convenient store took priority from UHaul customers. I walked in, waited in line, once at the counter said I had reserved a trailer, and his response was, “I’m the only one here right now. I’ll get to you later.” I ended up waiting 30 minutes before he even began the paperwork for my rental.

This location should be closed for UHaul! One employee in entire store for gas and carry out plus rentals? Took three days to get paid receipt then charged me for two days when I only had it one day. Can never reach on phone

Pickup location gas station/store with one employee. Had to wait numerous times while lone employee stopped processing my transaction to take care of other customers. I had to find and connect trailer with no assistance. Employee demanded I pull up to store so he could check trailer connections and take pictures. I had to wait for several minutes while he took care of gas/store customers. Only after I complained did he come out. Not a good way to treat U-haul customers.
