The first employee was not knowledgeable of equipment. the second employee was able to assist with attaching the trailer to our truck.

When I pick up the tow dolly it was in the back of the building which was fine but no one help me hook it up, no one made sure that the lights work no one help in any way. They didn’t tell me what time it was due back and gave me 6 hours to drive 240 miles and back
REGINALD PUnlike other U haul locations, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The gentleman was really courteous and answered every question like a professional. Our safety to him was very important. I would highly recommend this location.
Lawanda MThere was literally no gas in the truck and if we had not checked, we would have gotten to our destination without either of the Dollie’s we rented. Also, they didn’t let us know about the pick up location until we were at the original location. Would not rent from them again.

GERALD DThe app doesn't work very well. But the rental and the pickup was fine. The people there are very nice and easy to communicate with. The app didn't show how to get to the place like it was supposed to so I had to Google the name of the place for directions.

Michael TPGS person met me outside following my 2 min inbound phone call so I did no have to go in. Drop off took 1 min. This location if great for me, 2 mins from my house,...dropped here 2x now.

Ulysses LThe pick up location should not be given the opportunity to rent equipment. The employee that helped me did not have a clue of what to do and was unable to help with the connection.
John FLocation is in a pet grooming business in a strip mall. Not really what you expect. The U-haul trucks are parked behind the building. Kayla was very friendly and interrupted grooming a dog to assist me. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. It is a huge time saver to do the preliminary check-in online.

Polly BTook almost an hour to process the rental and then the customer service rep did not know how to hook the trailer up to my vehicle nor did she offer to find me help. . I had to figure it all Out on my own with YouTube. She needs to stick to pet grooming business.

honey wThe vehicle was dropped off the person never went out to check the vehicle. We put more gas in the vehicle than what was there when I got it and I still got charged for gas. The guy had me stand there while he closed out the rental just putting numbers in and never getting the accurate information. I’ll never use them again. The entire experience was terrible from start to finish.
