Tracy BNo one was working during business hours, the phone was unanswered and I couldn't even leave a voice mail message, the lot was in poor condition and the entire area was questionable. The fact that I used the trailer for less than 24 hours and returned it promptly to the location, it took an entire week for U-Haul to confirm that I had returned the trailer and issue me a final invoice ($0). I called the 800 number EVERY DAY asking for confirmation and no one could confirm that I had returned the trailer.
