Picked up uhaul on Tuesday and told the rep that we needed it through Friday. Later, we realized that he only gave us through Thursday and we were facing late turn in penalty fees. We were also unaware of mileage restrictions. I recognize that i signed the contract without taking notice of the details. That is a lesson for me in the future. We had just come from a funeral and were busy trying to move furniture from the deceased's home. He wasn't very helpful when we called him to try and fix the contract to what we had asked for in his office.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They sent emails and updates before and after pickup date. The trail was very clean and it did hold more household things than we ever thought it would. We would recommend U-Haul moving to anyone.

Didn’t check in my trailer when I dropped it off and took a hour of phone calls to resolve. After it was checked in I spent another 30 minutes removing a late fee I shouldn’t have been charged with.

It was closed. Loved the automated drop-off app! Not sure how “safe” the drop-off location is. Secure, gated area was closed. Didn’t appear to be security cameras.

We asked for an appliance Dolly and were Told we had one...but when we picked up the truck it was not there. we had to buy one for Over $140 at Lowes..Perhaps UHAL would like to buy this back from us so others can use it?

Dropped off truck at 8 pm. Called @ 8:30 am next morning manager not there yet but associate on duty was polite. Called back at 11 am manager still not on site and no email verifying truck drop off or truck condition.

After turning in the vehicle 3 days early I realized we had forgotten to weigh the empty vehicle. After calling to see if we could work out a way to get the empty weight the employee was unhelpful in assisting me work to achieve this without completely rerenting the vehicle again. After spending well over $1,000 for a rental and turning in the vehicle 3 days early I would have hoped for a little better customer service.

The location was a little hard to get into and out of. I had to back a 15'truck out into a busy road to get out. Then had to drop my key in the drop box because the location was closed when the hours say they should be open. Then was charged more than what was on contract

Facility environment is 99% maintenance shop with the same for the atmosphere. Not comparable to typical U-haul locations. I would recommend a guy to the location, but definitely not a female.

The young lady at the return facility was so rude and was not going to let me return the car transport and we also went to three different facilities that would not take the return. This was in Huntsville, Alabama

I shouldn’t have to contact uhaul customer care to retrieve a trailer I already reserved. The owner didn’t want me to use it because he said someone else already said they wanted to use it, but they never reserved it. But in the end, the owner did set me up with what I needed. Overall though, it was a pitiful experience.
