Virtual drop-off after hours, so no interaction with staff but easy to find. Directions in drop box about going to website first to complete check-in before dropping keys probably saved me from a major headache.

We tried to speak to an agent at UHaul about this and waited over 58 minutes on the phone - with no results, not getting to speak to a representative. Very, very disappointed. However, we WERE charged for the missing equipment and still not a single agent has returned our call. I guess we need to file a fraudulent charge with the credit card company.

Johnathon L.Dropped off vehicle after hours same day as pickup so I really cant rate the face to face. I tried to use the uhaul app to do the virtual drop off but I had technical problems with the app where it wouldn't proceed past the part of "cant find your location", I know my iphone settings were on because other apps new my location. I put keys in drop box and called uhaul. Not much room to park with another 26' there.
JOHN K.We did get all the equipment that we asked for... but I did not find that the ppl working were very helpful for someone who has never rented before. For example, rather than just print something and have someone sign it, explain what they are signing (i.e. - what a rental contract is) or if you ask for a family member, tell them why (I.e. - emergency contact). I just felt a little lost going in there and didn't think they were being very helpful. At the end of it, I did awkwardly get everything I rented, even though I had no idea how pricing worked when I left.

Kevin M.Despite arriving 20 mins before my reservation time, I waited for 2 entire hours for someone to assist me at this location. I was told no one could give me the keys because “the guy who does U-Haul was at lunchâ€. Upon his arrival, he scrambled for 10+ mins claiming he couldn't find my reservation or even a truck for me... Even though my reservation on my phone clearly showed the reservation number and the number to the truck out front that I had reserved. More minutes passed and eventually he “located†the reservation and key. No apology for wasting my time or the inconvenience he caused. I'd tie a trailer to my bicycle and peddle 60 miles before I ever went here again... I contacted online customer service and was given credit for the both the terrible service and the time they wasted as they were on the phone with me nearly the entire time..

Jacqueline J.The cab had a sticky floor and dirt when I picked up the truck. The location was closed so I was picking up the truck with the phone/online version. Since Uhaul's entire system was down and there was no emergency number it was almost impossible to get the truck. Thanks to being in a small home town I was able to track down the business owner, but it was a hassle for all involved.

Steve D.I had a dolly in my reservation and when I went to pick up was told they didn't have one and to go to this other uhaul and get one. Well when your moving and pulling a trailer that is a very poor solution. The actual place itself was not the cleanest and they didn't wear a mask or try to attain to any social distancing rules. This was not a good experience at all.

DANIEL R.I have always used U-haul for my moves and have never been disappointed, but I was this time. I had reserved 5 dozen moving pads ( the amount recommended by your website). When I went to get my truck, there were no pads. The dealer told me to try another dealer in town - again, no pads. He recommended a dealer in a city about 25 miles away. I called your 800 number and after a 15 min. hold got a representative who was going to message dealers nearby and "one should call you back about the pads." Needless to say, no one ever called. Not what I was expecting from you company.
John D.I was supposed to have a utility dolly. I had reserved one because i had to move a refrigerator. When I got there the guy said he didn't have any more. I will have to make a second trip with a different truck to move it since I wasn't able to before.
