I had requested equipment that was not available upon pickup. No one from Uhaul or the location called or emailed me to let me know that the appliance dolly and handtruck that I had requested was not available. We wasted an hour calling around town to find something that we could use to move a refrigerator and washer/dryer. If someone had let us know, my husband could have borrowed one from his work and saved us an hour. We finally found one at Mini Mall Storage.
