The mileage allowance is very limited for a one-way rental. I had to pay extra for a detour due to road construction. Additionally, at check-in, the fuel tank was not full, but I did not receive a refund for returning it full.

It would be nice if they had a sign for weekend drop offs that say drop truck here.
Doyle HI had requested equipment that was not available upon pickup. No one from Uhaul or the location called or emailed me to let me know that the appliance dolly and handtruck that I had requested was not available. We wasted an hour calling around town to find something that we could use to move a refrigerator and washer/dryer. If someone had let us know, my husband could have borrowed one from his work and saved us an hour. We finally found one at Mini Mall Storage.
Erin JThe office was not clean, the owner/person was not personable, and he did not pull the van out for me. Just handed me the keys and told me to walk around back and get it.
