Did not have all the reserved rental hand trucks I requested ahead of time. Worker that was helping me was very rude and cut me off when I was asking questions about billing. He raised his voice when I asked him why my card was charged twice for two different amounts and talked down to me like I was trying to get over on him or something. Which I still do I have an answer to that question. Other workers there were nice but that one person was the worse.Nancie H.

Not have your reservation system go down on the afternoon of the day we need the equipment, forcing us to rearrange several scheduled things to move the trip back a day. (Very Frustrating)Randy F.
The vehicle was filthy in the cab. They had to mop it before I left then I had to drive with the windows down so I could breathe. It smelled like the French Quarter in July, a combination of urine and vomit. Then they hit me with a $25 cleaning charge and we dropped it off cleaner than when we picked it up. I will definitely think twice before renting again.Henry B.

I was given the wrong equipment. I had to come pick it up after store had closed. I made sure they understood it was a car trailer that I needed and when I arrived I had been given a u haul closed in trailer! Now I am being charged for something that I didnt order amd for extra days that I didnt have it!!Dillon A.

Staff tried to send us down the road without working lights on trailer. Then hooked us up to a different trailer without changing paperwork. Tire on new trailer was flat and I had to replace valve stem. Also had to sweep out trailer as the floor was dirty.Robert H.
The Uhaul rental location @ 701 HWY 11 N SUITE B in PICAYUNE, MS 39466 stood me up. When I arrived at that location on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 10:00AM, the door was locked, no one was there and when I call there 3 phone numbers, one number was disconnected and the other 2 had full voice mails. The sign on the door said they opened at 9:00AM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had to contact a corporate store to have my paid reservations transferred. The new store did a fantastic job, given that they have just received my information from corporate minutes before I arrived. Thank you Phillip's Building Supply.Dennis G.

Be more attentive to how you inspect mileage and pay attention when charging accounts. I was told I drove over 500 miles when I only drove about 15 and charged my account over $500. They did refund the difference but I could have went in the negativeShirley P.

As it turned out I did not need the uhaul after renting it...I put less then 15 miles on it..I had the truck for six hours but it just sat in the driveway..I only got 16.80 back out of 100.00 and still dont understand why I had to pay such a big amount if I never even used it..thank you robin mcintoshRobin M.

See if the size truck you want can be moved to a U-Haul pick up location to decrease your mileage charges. They can do that.BETH T.
Vehicle was very hard to drive with "Front wheels out of balance at higher speeds" . Needs Front End checked for play in steering wheel vis steering of wheels. Your service was outstanding and a great hardware store to shop in.Arthur L.
Took almost 2hours to get the rental complete, after I had already did the pre rental info over the internet. Everything should have been complete except to run payment.but quoted price was wrong then once finally got papers they took another 45min to bring truck and trailer around only to find out they didn't have trailer hooked up correctly and it disconnected off trailer hitch once loaded car!! Trailer was somewhat clean. Still swept it out before I used it. Took way to long in my opinion at desk to get it. Should have used the pre pickup route. I thought since I had already given my credit card that it was good to go. They had trouble getting info in computer and had to give all my info again which I didn't understand being I had already gave everything on the website. All in all it was good and I will use them again. I just had to have some extra patience.Karson K.

You can improve the customer's experience by actually having the reserved equipment when the customer arrives at the reservation time. This location did not have a furniture dolly, even though one was reserved. Everything else, including the equipment cleanliness, the pickup, and the drop-off, met my expectations.Jason T.

This made sound petty but when I picked up the unit it was marked as 3/4 full it was not but I didn't cry about it . Although I did take a picture of fuel gauge along with mileage as beginning proof. Returned it with what they said was 11/16 which was greater then I started with and had proof of both. But the drop off site was less then pleasant about it although instead of crying about it we went and put 5 gallons in it to silence there ridiculous comments. So between me having to drive 72 miles out of the way to pick up the truck with over a weeks notice of reservation and the fuel issue . Sure it served the purposeGeorge U.
At this location I discovered that the blankets I had previously acquired from the initial location were rentals and had not been bought. This was an issue for 18 of the 24 blankets I rented as my furniture was all wrapped in these blankets in my storage unit and were unable to be removed from the furniture easily to be returned. The representative at this location told me I had to purchase these blankets, due to not returning them. I understood that this was partly my fault, but tried to explain that I was never told that they were for rental only. I agreed to pay the fee for the blanket and he tried to charge me $8.95, although on line they charged $7.95. He said he wouldn't go down on the price and so I asked if he would talk with his manager. He finally agreed to talk with his manager and the manager dropped the price to $7.95. I also asked the representative that since I was buying these 18 blankets if I could get back the $15 rental fee (6 for $5). He told me he couldn't give me the money back, and at this point I realized our conversation was fruitless, so I just accepted that I wouldn't get back the rental fee. I felt the representative was not very helpful and wasn't very understanding of my situation. I understand that it was partly my fault for not understanding that the blankets were for rent, but he didn't seem to understand or consider any of my points. Besides the blanket issue, the truck rental went very smooth and was very easy to return.Luke B.
