Make sure the brake lights and turn signals work before you pickup tow dolly. Hooked up dolly got ready to go no left brake or turn signal the guy changed connectors still no lights had to go back inside do paperwork again and hooked up the other dolly it works. This caused me to loose a lot of my time. This is a U-Haul and Phillps problem this is sure be checked before pickup. What if they didn’t have a second dolly there I would have been in a mess.

This location needs to keep better records of the mileage and fuel levels of their trucks. Truck was supposed to have 7/8 of a tank of gas but only had an eighth. The truck also had seventy more miles on it than what what was in the system. I had to dispute both of these issues, but I was able to clear these problems up only to be charged for an utility dolly and furniture pads that was not even on my original rental agreement. If you rent from here, be sure to take pictures of the odometer and fuel level when you pick up your truck and drop it off and keep a close eye on your paperwork for extra charges.

Throw in some Tynenol for sore muscles.... If customer is over 10 years old . Great job on both ends and I hate moving,

The truck was in very poor shape. The side mirrors were so loose they kept folding in so I couldn’t use them for driving. It also started missing real bad when put under a load and the fuel mileage dropped down to about 4 mpg. I advised the drop off location that it really needs to be checked out before it is rented again. It cost me 600 dollars in fuel to travel 800 miles.

Not overcharge the customer, I was overcharged $230+ Also, a customer service line that actually answers the phone.

Personnel did not want to check in the equipment when we turned it in because it was close to closing. When we asked how much extra we would be charge for turning in equipment late, the staffer got aggravated because he would have to check us in to find out.

Service was quick and efficient!! I really like the ability to complete most of the check-in process on-line - it really speeds up the process and makes everything easier!!

I set up a 24-hour rental from Picayune to Waveland at Phillips Building Supply. The guy there asked me where I wanted to drop it off, and I told him Waveland Furniture. He advised me it was a $75 base rate, plus mileage once I turn it in to them. I agreed, and estimated 60 miles usage. I turned the truck in at Waveland Furniture after hours per the instructions on their key box. The next day, I got a call from them advising me that Phillips Building Supply set the rental up wrong. They set it up as in-town rental, with a $30 base rate plus mileage. That sounds good, since it is a lower rate - until you realize that U-Haul charged me an extra $120 for dropping it off at the "wrong" location! This was not my mistake - it was the dealer's. I should not pay for their error.

Rough idle engine running Not Phillips Building Supply fault, but U-Haul fails to keep a commitment poor customer service on U-Haul side

Maybe clean out the cab of the truck. The one I rented was dirty on the inside and the steering wheel was sticky. I had to wipe the inside down with cleaning solution. Also, cleaned windshield and side mirrors.

Dropping off auto transport was a challenge for this location.
