IT IS NOT THE LOCATION YOU NEED TO HAVE REVIEW. IT IS U-HAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, SCHEDULING DEPT, AND ESPECIALLY RUDE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT. MY EXPERIENCE WAS A HUGE NIGHTMARE ON THE PICKUP. MY MOVING WAS FROM NORT NJ, TO ATLANTA. I RESERVED AND PAID MY TRUCK 15 DAYS AHEAD. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 DAYS BEFORE THE PICK UP AND ASK THEM IS EVRYTHING WAS OK WITH MY ORDER. I TOLD THEM I HAVE A LONG MOVE SO I WANT TO KNOW WHERE I WILL PICK UP MY TRUCK, THEY SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE YOU WILL GET CLOSER TO YOUR PREFERRED SPOT. I GOT A CALL ON LAST DAY, I WAS TOLD THAT ONLY TRUCK AVALIABLE IS 100 MILES AWAY FROM WHERE I CHOSE AS PREFERRED LOCATION. I WAS TOLD I WILL GET $200 DISCOUNT.. SINCE IT WAS LAST DAY AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE, I HAD TO SAY OK. I WOKE UP EARLY ,DROVE 2 HOURS AND GOT THERE EARLIER THAN PICK UP TIME LIKE 2 HOURS EARLY. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK IF I CAN PICK UP MY TRUCK EARLY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME THAT OHH THE TRUCK IS NOT AVALIABLE BECAUSE WHOEVER RENTED THE TRUCK DECIDED TO EXTEND FEW MORE DAYS. IF I DIDN'T CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN TILL THE PICK UP TIME. ANYWAY, THEN FINALLY ONE NICE PERSON (AMONG 10 I HAVE SPOKEN TO, I BELIVE HER NAME WAS DEBBY, OTHERS ARE TALKING LIKE THEY ARE BEING PUSHED TO WORK IN UHAUL, UNWILLING ANSWERS, NO HELP!! ) DECIDED TO HELP ME TO FIND ANOTHER TRUCK. TSHE FOUND ONE IN MARYLAND WHICH MEANS ANOTHER 100 MILES MORE TO DRIVE.!!! SHE GAVE LITTLE BIT MORE DISCOUNT.. SINCE I HAD NO CHOICE BUT PICK UP THE TRUCK BECUASE I HAD MOVERS COMING IN THAT EVENING TO MOVE MY HOME, RIGHT AFTER I WAS GOING TO DRIVE TO ATLANTA 13 HOURS MORE DRIVE. GIVEN DISCOUNTS WORTH NOTHING TO ME. YOU KNOW WHY, I HAD TO RENT A CAR TO DRIVE DOWN 200 MILES TO PICK UP THE TRUCK, I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE TO MOVERS TO COME AND DO THE MOVE AT NIGHT, I LITERALLY BEGGED THEM BECAUSE OF UHAUL'S POOR SERVICE, I HAD TO DRIVE TO ATLANTA WITH LITTLE BIT OF SLEEP, AND I LOST ALL MY DAY BEACUSE OF UHAUL.. I WAS EXPECTING SOMEONE FROM UHAUL WOULD CALL ME AND APLOGIZE FROM WHAT HAPPENNED, FORGET ABOUT IT! THEY DON'T GIVE A DAMN. I AM NOT EVEN SURE YOUR MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS WILL READ THIS AND TAKE SOME REACTION.... I PAID AROUND 4K TO UHAUL FOR MY MOVES ONLY IN SEPTEMBER. I WILL NEVER EVER WILL USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL GO AHEAD AND COMLAIN EVERYWHERE ABOUT THIS!!erman D.
Make sure the location does uhaul rentals on the weekends..make sure that the truck is serviced. It ran very poorlyMELODY E.

Personnel were helpful, quick in and out. Business is very crowded and busy so may not be inviting to some for pickup/drop off.Michael H.

There were no clear signs as to where to drop off the trailer or find a U-Haul associate. After figuring out where to go, the employee/gas station teller, who was polite, wrote down our equipment type on a piece of paper. There was no receipt of drop off or any other proof that we had done so. I was uncertain if we had returned the trailer to the correct place.Anita H.

When I checked in and went to get into the truck the fuel level was less than what they had printed on the contract. They said they would adjust it, They never did. I had also rented 2 dollies and 12 moving pads. They only had one dolly and one moving pad. They said they would adjust those out of the contract as well. They never did. When I returned the truck at the drop off location it was a problem because I did not have these items and they still showed in the contract. I called this pickup location back and they said they would call uhaul and get right back to me. They never called me back. Luckily the drop off location finally just inputted that I returned everything so they could check me out, but I still ended up paying for the items I never received. Also several items that were sitting on the floor were wet when we reached our destination and unloaded. We had driven through the rain on the way there so somehow the truck must have a leak somewhere.DAVID S.

Nothing. I called after hours to confirm my reservation and the Manager went in on his day off to confirm it for me. Because I was very anxious about my rental he went the extra mile to ease my mind. I would recommend Phillips Garage Inc out of Sudlersville MD to everyone. !!!!Kathleen S.
Rental took too long. Later found out that I was charged 305.64 dollars for one day, drop off the next day. I am in the prossef of having the money refunded. The person in charge did not step in to help the felloe trying to do the order. I am afraid that I will have to get the BBB to correct the money situation.. However the fellow who was inept at this transaction was very very helpful and followed us to were a motorcycle had broken down and helped us get it loaded in UHaul trailer. I just hope money can be corrected.ANNE M.
Nothing....nice dealing with English speaking vendors. Last two times dealing with Uhaul have been very unpleasant, mainly cause of the people who cant communicate and dont have your truck that reserved weeks ago there cause they rented to someone else.DAVID S.
