Trailer was not at desired location. Had to drive 45 minutes each way. Then they did not have hand truck or blankets I reserved. Had to drive to a different location to get those. Everyone was friendly. But it took 2 hours instead of 15 minutes. Drop off was smooth in RVC. NY

Get better quality i own multiple trailers only reason I rented was in a pinch and I feel those trailers are not safe
CHRISTOPHER BLocation was convenient, return process was fast. No problems.
Vaughn BLet you know that their only 2 guys at the station that handles uhauls. You need to online check in if you don't want to waste time picking up truck. When I dropped off truck station was opened was told would be checked in in AM when the one guy came I. Almost 20 days later uhaul called me wanting to k own if truck returned. Went to station and owner one of the guys that does handle it was there and could care less that I got a call and could not be bothered with me. Your local manager was there and on his records showed truck returned and didn't know what problem was he did take his time to help and try to figure it out. Later that day I was finally emailed a receipt. Would not recommend Phillips for uhaul rentals I live 2 minutes away but will travel to get a truck in the future
Joe HThe woman at the counter wouldn’t give us the keys for my rental even though on uhauls end it’s showing as “dispatched” because I signed up to do self-pickup. All she had to do was hand over the keys because on my phone it was showing the truck number but she kept asking for a key number (which isn’t true, it’s the truck number she needed in which we showed her). After having to call customer service to put them on speaker phone to confirm we paid and needed our keys, she gave them to us. Once we arrived to the truck, there were dirty socks on the passenger seat and the blankets we ordered weren’t in the truck. I had to call customer service again so they could remove the blankets off of our contract.
