The guy who came by to make sure the drop off was successful messed up he didn’t block all 4 tires and he was in a rush to get his coffee instead of making sure the trailer didn’t move which it did it hit the back of my friends van. This is beyond unacceptable

Do not rent from this location. The owner was startlingly rude to the point that we almost went elsewhere and would have if it hadn’t meant another 2 hours of driving.

This was the 3rd time I rented a U-haul in the last 2 months. Every single reservation was messed up in some way. From driving out of my way to pick up the truck to not having all of the equipment I needed and reserved, it has been a hassle through and through. I am in need of another truck in 2 weeks and I am reconsidering using U-haul due to the severe lack of customer service. I certainly hope that U-haul can improve themselves.

I made a reservation to pick up on Saturday, which was the only day I could. I received a phone call and was told I had to be there to pick it up Friday morning at 9:30 because he was closed and was having a friend take care of this. I could not take off work to be there so sent a relative to pick it up which when he arrived was told he could not. So I made arrangements and had to cancel an appointment Friday afternoon/evening I had to pick it up. When I went to get it, the gentlemen who was there was very rude. If I did not need this for Saturday morning I would have told him to keep it and found a different company to rent the car trailer. If he was not going to be open he should not be on the site giving the impression he was. I was not happy with his business practice at all.

I used the 1-800 number and preordered a U haul. I preordered a small (less than 18 foot) for 1 way use as I have no one to drive my car back. I gave them the CC# and they called me back an hour later saying they found one reasonably close. When I went to pick it up the next morning, I was told they only had a 26 foot for round trip. I HAD to take it because I was on a schedule ( thats why I preordered). This caused great stress and hardship for me as I am not confident in my ability to drive something so large. I had to drive twice as far also which cost more gas + mileage. Next time I will use Ryder or one of the less known brands.

the dealer was fantastic to work with. However I noticed on the contract that I was charged the $28 moving Insurance. When I had selected the $14 moving insurance.

Inform this location that a drop-off will be occurring. We knew where to drop-off, as we have used this location before in 2015, but evidently U-Haul doesn't. We were informed the drop-off was in Johnsonburg. U-Haul needs to get their act together. Piccirillos Auto is a very good location and the people are very nice and helpful.

oil the ratchet part that holds the tire down on the trailer it was very hard to use and I hurt my finger because of it

First off I HAVE a business that cares so less about the customer, I reserved Uhaul closest 2 my house. Nope I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way, Waste my personal gas to get the truck, The person that I talked to in Cranberry dispatch was a complete ass and so rude, I have worked in customer service for many years, Iwas pretty much told if I wanted I would drive to get it. I found the whole experience a complete joke and so unprofessional, These people could plainly simply care less about the customer period. I would seriously suggest finding another company to deal with, The guy I did have to drive to pick the truck up from because they put me in a magor bind, ANyways the guy I got the truck from was great obviously to bad the rest of the company couldn't have been like him,,, Seriously UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!!

It's a good thing I called to confirm the first pickup location I was given. Pistner's auto shop had no plan to give me a trailer. I contacted U-haul and they switched me to Piccirillo who was excellent to deal with.

We reserved a 26' truck from another location but got a 20' truck. We noticed Piccirillos had a pull behind trailer. We called but were told that it was reserved for Monday. Later that day my husband called back to see if it was possible to use the trailer if we promised to have it back by Sunday. He was told that they were closed and could not help. My husband then called the uhaul number and was able to get permission to use the trailer. Around 11:00 pm that night the man from Piccirillos called my husband and screamed at him saying we screwed over his customer and called my husband a little f***er. I found this highly unacceptable. I have to say that this is the only complaint I have. Everyone else at Uhaul went above and beyond to help us so we didn't have to make multiple trips as it is 4.5 hours one way.

Hours posted were not actual hours. I was running late for pickup of a car dolly. He was rude, said you better be here by 3:30 cause I'm outa here by then. I was picking it to haul a local car there back 3 hours one way. When I got there, at 3:40 after racing to get there, he was working on loading up an abandoned car of his own. I had to wait until 4:30 until he got his own work done until he could rent me the hauler. When I did pick up my car, I told the seller about it and he said, "don't take it personal" He's like that with everybody. I did the ordering online so all he had to do was print out the papers, back me in and I was gone in 10 minutes. Good thing for him its a small town and he's he only place in town. Cause I would have to use him again in the future.

The location I was told to pick up and drop off was changed and I was charged .99 per mile for 62 extra miles just to go to this location because someone through uhaul messed it up!

this was my 3rd or 4th time renting from here no problems yet and will probably rent this last trailer again or the covered ones I was impressed with how well built it was and the ramp feature is great and easy to use

This location went out of their way to help us!!! The office stayed open late to allow us to pick up the truck. We had confirmed on line and then told no trucks were in the area. Mr. Piccirillo happened to have a truck turned in Sat. morning and stayed so I could get to his location. Mr. Piccirillo saved our family a great deal of stress and time since several family members had taken time off to help us load and it was looking like a total loss! Thank you Mr. Piccirillo!

Trailer had a broken off drywall screw sticking in the top wood rail near the right read door. Not seeing it, I got a very bad cut on a finger when loading trailer. I removed screw so the next person won't get injured. Attendant spend several minutes on a personal call while I waited for him. Store was very messy; restroom horrible.

The trailer had no functioning breaks. We did not notice until after it was to late. Things like this need to be maintained better. With that much weight it is dangerous to try and stop.
