We showed up a 1/2 hour before our scheduled pick up time to be told that we had been called and told the time had been changed and we were late (no such call was received). We were also told that our requested dolly was unavailable and if we didn't like it we could "go somewhere else" and that he was "at no one's Beck and call". If we had a other option, we would have walked out. We may not continue to use UHaul as the last 2 times have been underwhelming.

Timothy BThis location was fine. BUT, not the location I made a reservation for! I was called less than 24 hours before reservation time and told they didn’t have my trailer size after guaranteeing it. Vicky (UHaul Customer Service Representative) was very rude and nasty to me. Train your reps with better hospitality, please!
