The mileage allowance was totally inadequate due to the small number of available pickup/dropoff locations and the rural environment I had to deal with. I am requesting a refund of the excess mileage charge.

patrick pI had to wait 55 minutes to pick up the U-haul at this location.I had to ask to speak with the owner to get anywhere and then I found that he was the one who was supposed to be there to take care of it. I would say go to Cumberland if you need a U-haul.

Robert PBoth places were amazing with good staff, but your trucks suck for people with limited mobility. Have you never heard of running boards?! I tore my calf muscle trying to heave myself up into that thing. It’s just stupid to expect people to climb like monkeys to get in.

John WI was charged for a dolly I never had, I had called when the UHaul was in my possession and let them know of that and someone told me they’d “make a not of that on my account”. I was also charged $110.65 when my receipt clearly says $75.61.

Nicholas FI was told by customer service that the drop off location would issue the refund for furniture blankets but the lady didn’t have a clue how to do that and just told me to call customer service.
Jeffrey GThe clerk was not trained to rent trucks. She had to call another location and have them talk her through it. Also, she clicked something wrong and I had to pay for Safe Move, which I did not want when I registered prior. I would like that removed and credited to my credit card. Like last week, it took 1 hour to check out. We fell behind schedule.
Michael PMobile app has some gliches. App would not let me go any further with no explanation. Agent had to call, turns out the reservation was tossed because I was late, but the app said nothing about that. Then it wouldn't accept the pictures of my license. If it wasn't for Sam, I would have been pretty upset. But she walked everything through. Excellent customer service, bad app. Like the app though with links to maps.

Edward HI wrote a complaint letter online that went to customer service I assume . They got their money immediately via my debit card and it’s shown on my statement and they still put a hold on my card for 80.40 and overdrew my account and caused charges. I was NOT INFORMED PLUS THEY GOG PAID IMMEDIATELY!! I need reimbursement for the 30 dollar overdraft charge because of your company.
Marsha CThe pickup location was so remote the Internet connection was so slow it took over 30 minutes to process my rental when it should've taken 5. They also did not provide the furniture dolly or furniture pads, and still have not refunded the charges for those.

JAMES MWas not given pads but was still charged for them. I picked up a day early and was told they couldn't change the drop off date so was charged extra. Was also told it would be ok cause if I dropped off early I would get refund for the extra days not used and I didn't.

Richard WThe uhaul ran extremely poor the gas gauge didn’t work the owner wasn’t understanding or sympathetic to the fact moving caused me to start premature labor that had to be stopped because it’s way to early and I’m high risk pregnancy as is and was really late getting the uhaul back tow campany sent by uhaul came n picked it up on 06/06/2021) so it was a week late although I was in the hospital the whole week but had a friend get ahold of uhaul on chat which should b on record and he called a few days later which should have been recorded and on file but I don’t feel the store owner or uhaul was understanding to a serious situation on top of how poorly the uhaul ran and to top it off both my receipts are completely wrong on says it was returned 6/11/2021 when I have proof uhaul sent a PEER’s tow company because I have the roadside uhaul text on 06/06/2021 and 2nd receipt says I rented the uhaul on 06/16/2021 and I rented it on 05/25/2021 very poor service completely dissatisfied will never use again if nothing is corrected

William SI would recommend having the uhaul trailer turned the right direction before a customer arrives to hook up. Not only did I have to push the trailer 30’+ to hook up, I had to lift the trailer by myself to hook up and I threw my back out before I could even load anything on the trailer. The location needs someone to assist customer hook up the trailers because they are heavy and someone is going to get hurt.
Jason HFast and easy. Best place to rent a Uhaul in the area, for sure. I arrived at the center and greeted by the clerk promptly. Truck was clean , full on gas and ready to go! Courtious, friendly and on my way in 5 min. when my time really mattered. Thank you pick n go / uhaul.

marlena gNeed to find another way to communicate with uhaul. Everything was done through the cell phone and they had little to no service. It would have been better to have uhaul do it all over the phone when I called them. All I would have had to do was show my I.D. Then hooked up and left.
