The gentleman helping me was very thorough and explained all the details. He made sure the truck dolly was in the truck and that I was satisfied with the arrangements and information provided to me before I left. The truck was easy to drive and ran well up the WV mountains.

Julie bThe only thing I can say could possibly be better was to have the parking spots marked so ppl could know where to park when dropping off.
Vidal TPick up location was changed and was 40 miles away from the original booking. This added more than 2 hours to my trip. I was not notified of this change and l was not aware of the change to begin with.
