This place is a run down trailer park and roadside vegetable stand. The place is a dump. The workers were helpful and friendly, but it's still a dump.Paul C.

UHaul did not call me as per their contract prior to my truck pick up date. I was supposed to get a 20' truck but only able to obtain a 10' truck. I had to call to find out that the 20' truck they had for me was 40-45mins from my requested location. Luckily the woman at my requested pick up location was able to help me out. Not having a 20' truck caused me to have delays in moving and taking two trips making this more expensive and a waste in gas. Not sure why Uhaul dropped the ball here but it caused me a lot of stress and wasted money and time.Karen B.

Peggy was excellent before checked on us, at check she got us hooked up answering all of our questions and sending us on our way. We had a problem with the running lights that night and she helped us again solve that problem, which it was only a fuse in our truck. Peggy is wonderful! The 10' truck was ready and waiting for me at the scheduled time. I got better millage with the truck then I expected. And Peggy was excellent. She spoke clearly and conversationally. The pick up and return was seamless. I forgot my Under Armor water bottle in the cab. Peggy found it and sent me a message so I could pick it up. Next time I need a truck I'm going back to Pickers Place .Dennis P.

The trailer was nice but we got alittle behind and tried to hurry. So we got pulled over. Do to having no tail lights. Had to unplug the trailer lights as the lights shorted out and blew a fuse. took over two hours to get moving again. Ended up being 5 hours late. Which we called and kept the location up to par with our location and eta. Upon arrival we were greeted and while parking the trailer we were informed that. We were being charged 74$ to rent the trailer instead of the 38.00. We had agreed too. So we were charged for a full extra day. As well as could have possibly gotten ticketed as it was dark and had zero lights. The lady got a warning. But only because she is cute n was chatty with the officer. Had I been driving I'm sure I'd have gotten charged. With operating a trailer with out proper lighting. As well as it was only rated 55 miles a hour so had to drive 4.5 hours down the interstate. With traffic backed up as if we'd have done the 70-80mph normal n blew a tire or a wheel bearing. Obviously we'd have been charged. Even though we paid for the insurance. So the insurance that covered the trailer n the motorcycles we were hauling truly covered nothing as the wiring was faulty. Wich caused us to be pulled over. Plus the low speed rating on the trailer limited travel time. So I feel it is unjust that we were charged for two days plus double the insurance. Only because of issues encountered due to issues with the trailer. I will not be using uhaul again. Nore will I recommend others to. If the situation is not rectified. As it was a nice trailer but it was not interstate safe.Robert S.

Took an hour to get the Uhaul â€” had to wait in line with the farmer's market customers and then the person helping us couldn't figure out how to run our card to pay for the Uhaul. Wouldn't recommend this location.Daphne S.

First off U-HAUL IS A JOKE!!! The worst mismanaged company ever! Even worse then trump trying to run America! Secondly, made a reservation to the location i lived in. Got a "GUARANTEED RESERVATION" text 24hrs prior to pick. (ok i can live with that) Now 2hrs prior to pick up a second text saying my pick up was to a different location 2HRS AWAY is confirmed... WTH!?! Called Uhaul and they said NOT our problem and GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS dont mean a thing. Why even bother having reservations let alone a GUARANTEED RESERVATION!!!! Exp. (You dont call and make a reservation at a hotel just to arrive and have them tell you, sorry but reservations dont mean a thing, not our problem and your hotel is two hrs away). After a no return call from the area manager (Mrs.S will call her) of the Western slope of Colorado, talked with customer service who then transferred me to two other departments then finally landing on the scheduling department. This guy (Mr. B) was a complete jerk and would do nothing (besides a $50 rebate when i returned the trailer) to help with the inconvenience and bind they put me in, to drive 2HRS out of my way!!! Everyone knows hows frustrating, tiresome and tight scheduling you have while moving! The company i finally picked up the trailer from, where kind and understanding of the BS that UHAUL puts the costumer through! Asked the owner about reservations and he just dropped his head and said " ive been a dealer for 30 yrs, and ive been trying to figure this out for the past 12yrs!! WTH!?!?! are you kidding me? A dealer is even trying to figure out what the knuckle heads at U-HAUL are doing to not only the final customer but to other dealers as well!! U-HAUL doesn't give a dam about the end user, just there bottom line. BY ANY AND ALL MEANS DO NOT USE U-HAUL THEY WILL BEND YOU OVER AND DO NOTHING BUT LAUGH!!Michael M.

Very slow service with electronic paperwork done on their cellphone instead of a computer. It might be a good farmer's market, but not an efficient U-Haul rental location. The trailer was difficult to pull out from behind a wood pile. This location was not our original choice, but the original location didn't want to do a one-way rental, so U-Haul reassigned our order.Alan S.
