Does not have moving essentials for lease such as hand trucks, blankets, boxes etc. Little knowledge about U-Haul. Gave inaccurate information.

Ben CAt this pick up location the manager of the piggly wiggle was the only one whom could do U-Haul business. There was no office at all we stood in the store while she did everything through and app on her personal phone. It was cold and somebody else had the combos for where all the keys were locked up. It took over an hour to pick up the U-Haul truck and auto transport. The people were very nice just the situation was very unprofessional from start t finish

MELVIN BPeople and process for renting this vehicle was quick and easy and the people were a pleasure to work with, we need more people like this in our work force, the only issue I can see, is that the vehicle inspection before leaving, showed signs of damage on the vehicle that were not marked with the (X) sticker. and they had to take pictures of them so I wouldn't be charged, other then that, it was a great experience dealing with the friendly people here. hope you can pass this on to them.
