Truck was not available at original location so someone just scheduled the pickup at this location, basically creating a situation where I wasn't able to receive the discount for broken guarantee. Added way more fuel than was used, but was told the fuel gage was too low so I can be charged nearly twice of what was quoted. Also I reserved a appliance dolly which was not available so I was charged for something else that was supposed to be there and wasn't. I'll never use uhal again and will be happy to tell anyone who will listen how my experience with was.
