The trailer was full of debris, the only person in the whole store who does the U-Haul rentals was not there, so I needed to call to pick up my trailer??? and then I had to text a picture of my driver's license! completely insecure and just a wrong way of doing business.

JEFFREY SVery responsive staff at the Nekoosa location. I called to reserve truck, arrived for pick up, and was on my way within ten minutes. Very impressed with Jessica and her efforts to stream line the process to rent equipment and get us on the road.
Terry WThis location is a Piggly Wiggly parking lot. Not knowing this, I drove past it 2 times before realizing it was a U-haul location. Returning the truck in a good spot was difficult, due to customers of the store were parked in the way.

I feel bad that I can’t remember her name at this time but she was Beyond Professional and Helpful during a stressful moving day and because of her I was able to get a storage unit at the last minute. She is Amazing and totally deserves to be recognized by her superiors and given a raise. She is what every company needs! Because of people like her Your Company looks Great.

Why would I still have to wait for you to voice verify with my daughter and wife if I’m legit (I’d hope they say yes). But if you have positive past experience on a customer account you should waive the stupid voice verify nonsense
