Was supposed to pick up Saturday late afternoon then individual calls and says I’m going to see a movie and can’t do it till morning. Then morning calls again can’t do it going to church can pick up after church. Then phone call I’m gonna cook lunch and you can pick after that. Twenty hours after the first pick up time that was set and it takes a whole 3 to 4 minutes to check out and pick up.

Teresa MI stopped at several U-Haul location to get information on renting trucks. Representative at this location had no knowledge on how to assist with setting up mover help through U-Haul and limited knowledge on other U-Haul process. Not well trained in how to navigate through U-Haul processes and could not answer many of the questions I had. I ended up going to different location to get better service with reservation process because of poor customer service at the Nekoosa location. The only reason I choose this location to pickup the truck was because it was the closes location to me. They did not review any operating procedures for the truck with me at time of pickup. He pretty much gave me the keys and said here you go. If you have any problems from this point on do not contact me I am done with this process. He seemed like he could careless about me or if I had any concerns and he just wanted me gone. If I need to rent from U-Haul again I will not use this location again.
steve kThe agent who assisted me at the drop off location was friendly and very helpful.
Bob MOur contract specifically tells us to drop off at Piggly Wiggly and to call a specific phone number which we did. THEN we get an ADDITIONAL $60 WRONG DROP OFF charge which they haven’t corrected yet. We have been waiting days to get this refunded. We have it in WRITING on the contract that THIS is the place to drop off the trailer. They are telling us only a regional manager can fix it now.
