I waited an hour before I heard from anyone. My pickup time was 930am and no one reached out to me. This threw my movers back. I wasn't offered any kind of accommodations.

jeff hI actually paid for the rental. My Son-in-law and m son did the heavy work and we all loaded the U-haul enclosed trailer as I prepare to move. I was with my Son-in-law when we picked up the trailer and extra moving blankets. Everything went smoothly and we encountered no problems. Glad your service was available and thanks. James WThe woman at the Pike Road storage facility that we rented the trailer from was very professional and courteous. She was very efficient and had everything ready to go when we arrived. I would definitely use this facility again because of her.
John BVery friendly customer service! Only flaw was that this location did not have an appliance dolly. Not sure if it was just already loaned out or if they just didn't have one in general. Otherwise though, the enitre process was smooth and easy.

GABE GThe staff was friendly and helpful. However, I think that the trailer/car haulers should be connected by qualified staff. This was not done at this location. A customer who was there helped me connect my trailer. It also would have been really nice if i didn’t have to drive for twenty minutes in opposite direction of my trip to pick up a rental I scheduled a month earlier at another location just 3 minutes from my house.
HARRY RThe Uhaul truck that I rented had a lock on the back left from a prior rental. It had been over looked by the dealer and when I found it the morning of my move, I had to call a lock smith to have it cut off.

Monte MUse of the U-Haul App during the return was very frustrating. The cell phone reception in the area is poor and the app timed out over and over again when trying to upload the required photos.
Scott DEquipment had trash inside, air wasn't working and given to us on an empty tank.
Megan RTrailer had dirt and leaves clumped at the front of the trailer. I had to clean the trailer before using it.

Dolores OThe app for 24/7 share is slow. It took nearly 10 minutes to take and upload the required photos, then the page reset and the photos needed to be taken again. Quite frustrating.

Michael MThe only issue was during drop off, how I had to call to change the drop off location, in my opinion customers should be able to drop off at any U-Haul location, without calling to change the location. Thanks
DANIEL BEquipment was in absolutely terrible condition upon pick up. There was dog hair covering every surface in the cab, food crumbs and chips on the floor. There was dirt and sticky stains all over the parking brake lever, steering wheel, and radio/AC controls. There was also an old receipt left in plain sight inside the cab. The vehicle was left for me with only a half tank of gas upon pick up. The aft right outboard tire should have been at 110psi.. When I got home with the truck, I noticed it was low, and upon checking, the tire was at 38psi. UNACCEPTABLE!! There is no doubt that this vehicle was not even looked at between its last drop off and my pick up for basic maintenance and servicing. I have pictures of everything mentioned above and will be following up with a rep from U-Haul on this issue.

joseph bAs far as the truck rental, everything was fine. My issue was that I picked up the rental and parked my personal vehicle at the location. I re ieved several calls and threats of towing my personal vehicle away. My vehicle was parked to the side of the entrance way. I told the attended initially my truck does not go in reverse, so it was crucial I be parked there in order to get out. The parking lot is already limited so there is no room to turn my truck around in the first place
DAVID BI ordered a dolly, furniture pads and a hand truck. None were in the truck and I called the day before to verify and the U-Haul representative stated everything was in the back of the truck. I picked up the truck at 7am but the location didn’t open until 8:30 to ask the rep.

harvey cThe key to vehicle I rented was not available. It tool over an hour for staff to respond and provide the key to me. Also the truck was very loud (I.e. muffler was very loud). Could not hear the radio because so loud in the cab.
Steve EThis location is not well staffed. When I picked up my trailer the lone individual working was overwhelmed with customers. When I dropped my equipment off 48hrs later at the advertised open time (8:30am) the store was not open. Twenty minutes later no one had arrived so I had to leave. A terrible way to do business.

Steven WIt’s not so much this location as this entire rental experience. It was a terrible experience because I needed a truck from Auburn at 7 AM but was forced to get it from Montgomery at 1 PM which made this a nightmare because of mt work schedule. Every single customer service representative was rude and completely unhelpful and I had an awful experience.

Yolanda HI am an active-duty military member and a resident of MN. MN law dictates that I may have an expired driver’s license as long as I am active duty and reside outside of the state. I've rented from U-Haul many times and have never had an issue until this time. The front desk worker, Courtney Webb, refused to honor MN law and refused to give me the rental even after I presented her with a valid military ID and a print-out of MN law stating that I can have an expired license. She called her manager, Jeffrey Gauntt, who also refused to honor MN law and refused to rent the truck to me. Even worse, Mr. Gauntt refused to even talk to me and did not allow me to talk to him on the phone to explain the details. So I had to have my wife come pick up the U-Haul. After I hung up on the phone with my wife that she had to come help me, Ms. Webb threatened me and said that if my wife came into the store yelling and upset, then she would refuse to give the U-Haul truck to her. I have never been so poorly treated in my life. That an employee would threaten to cancel a U-Haul contract when my wife hadn't even showed up is outrageous. My wife showed up and both of us remained respectful the whole time. Ms. Webb and Mr. Gauntt should lose the ability to work for U-Haul in my opinion, especially in Montgomery, AL, because it is a large military community, and if this happened to me, then they're probably doing the same thing to other service members as well.

TrizaK SThe service receipt and the information shared with the drop-off agent are inconsistent with each other. I indicated that I refilled the tank according to the chart as best as I could determine, then I am charged MORE! No way!!!! This is poor business practice, especially as I have wet boxes to deal with. Poor customer care, poor PR and poor management of vehicles. You should be embarrassed by this. If not, then proves the point that the customer's value is NOT valued.
