Got to the pickup location and my rental was blocked in. Called U-haul, got transferred to Truck Share. Truck share said there was nothing that they could do about it, and there was not another rental available. So, I barely eked the truck out, luckily not hitting anything or causing damage. My rental pickup time was 830 pm. U-Haul said I could pick it up as soon as an hour before that, which I did. Rented for 24 hours, returned well before the 830 deadline. Got my receipt in my email, got charged for 2 days rental, even though I returned the rental before 830. If I had known that picking it up early, even though they said I could, would mean I needed to return it early, I would have made arrangements. Pretty bad form on U-haul's part, I think. Very deceiving and unprofessional. Be up front!! Tell people that if they pick it up early, they have to return it early as well. Most people, me included, wouldn't mind doing so, but we can't if we don't know. That's almost $100 I could have used somewhere else.

Remind customers that they will be required to lift the trailer. I almost sent my wife to pick ours up and that would have been frustrating. Otherwise, great experience.
Charles SFacility was closed (after hours) when I dropped off, so I cannot speak to the personnel. Facility was clean
Phillip WPike Road location was very clean looking and no one was there but the appearance was better looking The truck was great , perfect really , drove well and we were very pleased . The telephone coaches were the best of all they were confident and very able to change the order and answer and solve issues in the process . I was surprised but it worked -
