Only a suggestion. To see if uhaul could get small electric switches put on uhaul trailers and dollies to pull vehicles on to trailers and dollies and charge $10 extra, to better serve the customer. Thank u, from the sledgemaster

The only problem I ran into was I had planned to get off work at 8, get the U-Haul at 9, and be at the store to pick up my furniture before the store closed at 10. When I got to the pick up location at 9 the process took so long to verify my identity that it was 9:45 by the time I was rdy to drive away. Luckily, I made it there at 9:58 just as they where closing the doors and got to get my order.

This wasn't the location or equipment I really wanted. Cost me 54 miles of extra driving, extra fuels costs, packing complications, and time. So i wasn't exactly impressed. Just needed a van but ended up with 20 ft. truck.

Make a online trucks up to date for booking a day before pick up schedule. Do maintenance repairs before sending a truck on the road! Was very horrible drive risking my life and others with the truck driving to the right.

Owner called and enquired could I return early - I did as soon as the 2nd set of unloaders came and eventually got the hutch and top off truck. I had no problem returning early - I did same with the last two Budget trucks as well. Three days wasn't needed.
