It's a gas station, not much I can say about this location. It's very tight backing in your u-haul and unexperienced drivers I know will have a hard time parking.

Anthony SBetter communication with the clerk. I paid $140 for the Uhaul to be picked up at a certain time via mobile check in. I completed the entire process the last step was getting the key from the clerk. The clerk refused to give us the keys to our truck causing us to sit and wait around for almost an hour extra. We had to call uhaul customer service several times until someone was finally able to convince him to hand over the keys to us. Extremely unprofessional.

CARSON CIf there wasn’t already a U-Haul truck in the lot, I wouldn’t have thought it was a place to drop a U-Haul off. It’s a small convenience store. The cashier was nice but said we call the number out by the drop box and then give them the key. However the location was convenient to where we were.
Rick WYou may want to tell the customer the pickup location is a gas station, and that they will have to interact by phone with someone NOT ONSITE, and that you MUST upload your driver's license to someone you do not see or no! A very uncomfortable process, but, the people I interacted with were quite spectacular.
Edwin HI called the number on the sheet once I got to the drop off location and he said to just place the keys in the lock box. Sometime after I dropped the key in the lockbox I saw an email with a link for drop off which included interior photos of the uhaul… which I was unable to get since my keys were already dropped off. Now I will be charged a fee.
Rachel FThere were no onsite personnel. Parking was very limited - only one spot (unmarked) was suitable for the truck return. I had trouble reaching the person responsible, and when I did he said U-haul did not allow him to accept returns, He then checked and found out that I was supposed to return the truck there. I appreciate Uhaul arranging the return to a convenient location (and I had requested this location after the designated location told me they no longer worked with Uhaul), but I would have gladly driven a little bit further for a better return experience. Two more truck suggestions - speed control would be nice, as would a quieter cab. I don't want to make it sound like this was a bad Uhaul experience, because overall there was so much good about this experience (the initial reservation, the pickup, the helpful people on the phone when I had to change the dropoff, and more).
John RThe truck had broken glass inside. The U Hual app was completely messed up and would not let me remotely unlock the truck. Took over an hour to get the truck and needed to call a local rep to do so.

Frank BTruck was dirty , had empty Starbucks drink on the floor. I requested a dolly and furniture pads and they were not in the truck. The clerk at the gas station didn’t seem to familiar with the process of me obtaining the keys so I had to wait to get the keys while he guessed the code to the lockbox.
James HRude & unhelpful employeee. He yelled at me. He told me to follow the instructions on the box and after I did that he came outside to yell at me about leaving the truck parked in front of the location and not on the side. The place is a mini mart and has no signs that it is a uhaul drop off point or to leave the trucks on the side.
Anna PPer the paper given to us and the pick up rep’s explanation, the truck had just under 3/4 of a tank of gas when we picked it up. We returned it with exactly 3/4 of a tank and we were still charged for 2 gallons at $5 per gallon. This station was charging $4.89 a gallon while all other gas stations in the area we’re charging $3.89.

Monty AGas station did NOT send me link to take pictures of truck and Odometer until 1.5 hours AFTER PICKUP! We brought it back full of gas and on time, folded all Blankets and then the worker sent Text saying that the “next” person complained that blankets were torn and the truck was messy… he said that Uhaul may charge me…. This was a LIE!! I have pictures!
CALVIN PClerk at gas station made me wait 15 min while he finished up a private phone conversation. Then he was not even able to take care of the rental. He text my info to someone else who then called me and did everything over the phone. Place was very unprofessional.
Kevin HI was overcharged 2 rental days, as well as charged $49 for a dolly I never received. I emailed them today informing them of this mistake and requesting reimbursed. We'll see how they respond and how quickly.
Jennifer BThe employee was so rude both when I picked the truck up and when I dropped it back off and talked to me like I was stupid. The fuel also wasn’t full when I got it but I didn’t see where to submit a picture to say it wasn’t full but I returned it how it was and when I asked him about it when I returned he basically yelled at me about how whatever happens is on me and it’s not his problem. I don’t plan to use uhaul again after this experience.

Lisa Khaving pickup and drop-off at convenience stores is a TERRIBLE idea. Nobody there, the clerks are more concerned with dealing with customers buying gas and cigarettes than completing the UHaul deal. The computer reservation system is a JOKE - my reserved spot had NO trucks and I was sent to another location - cost me 45 minutes of the labor I had standing by to load the truck. UHaul should refund part of my price for this delay and loss. Next time I'll be going with another company.
