When I arrived at the location for self check-in, I was unable to remove the lock from the vehicle. No one at the location was available to help, u haul did not send help, after 1.5 hours we were able to get the lock removed, it was frozen. The passenger side front tire was extremely low on air (35psi) , I had to find the nearest u haul to have them add air to the recommended 110 psi. I had alot of wasted time dealing with the issues from uhaul and this location.
