No issues with drop off. Used uhaul app and turned keys into the office. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beth PWas a little confusing at first had to call to get directions on how to get the vehicle did not know I had to use the app to accept it and all that but no harm no foul. Everything went smoothly after that yall are fantastic!
Anthony TWhen I arrived at the location for self check-in, I was unable to remove the lock from the vehicle. No one at the location was available to help, u haul did not send help, after 1.5 hours we were able to get the lock removed, it was frozen. The passenger side front tire was extremely low on air (35psi) , I had to find the nearest u haul to have them add air to the recommended 110 psi. I had alot of wasted time dealing with the issues from uhaul and this location.
