It would have been advantageous to have had the ability to disconnect the trailer from our truck. so that we were not having to haul the trailer all over the city. A trailer jack needs to be an option for rental

There was no key in the vehicle, so we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and get us the key from inside the locked building. After we returned the truck (we estimated that we would use it for 10 miles but only used it for ~7) we were charged for 53 miles and for gas because they hadn't tracked the previous driver's usage. Then we had to jump through hoops to get our $85 refund. So, we will not be using this Uhaul location again.

The truck was nice and new which made it easier to drive, the only complaint would be that the drivers seat and cup holder had sticky stuff on/in it and it got on my pants and phone. The only thing I would change is the way to return the truck using the app. The part where you submit pictures is hard to navigate and if you click the wrong button it takes you all the way out and you have to start over and it's frustrating.

Female behind the counter was above excellent. Friendly, courteous, amazing to deal with. Equipment was in very good shape and made the trip perfect. I'll be renting from this station again with high recommendation for staff and equipment.

The truck we rented was awful. The check engine light was on. We called around and no other location had a 20 foot truck. We drove the truck anyways but it only would go 25 mph. We would love some sort of a discount. If something isn’t made right I will never rent again. This is the first time that we’ve ever had a bad experience renting from U haul.

The truck was not very clean when picked up. Barely had a quarter tank of gas. Brakes were very soft and tires were in terrible condition!!

They did a fantastic job. The facility was clean and there was plenty of space. The UHaul app crashed as I was checking in the truck and wouldn't let me go back and finish. The staff at the location took care of everything for me the next morning.

I can't say enough about Michael at the Pine Lake location. He was very professional and did a great job. Due to Michael along I would recommend this location to anyone looking to rent or return a U-haul trailer or vehicle he was amazing.

Pick up was a huge hassle. We spent over an hour on the phone with a customer service agent that was draining to speak to. We still don’t know why there was an issue to begin with. Our moving party was sitting at our house alone for 45 minutes waiting on us because this took so long. After we finally were able to get the keys, the uhaul was parked behind another trailer that we had to maneuver around.

Easy to get into, and well constructed. No chance for water to get in because of the way the concrete is constructed to emty the rain water into a basin. The overhead doors work effortlessly. Great place to store presious belongings.

Over 3 years ago I found this business to put my Mom's belongings in because she went to nursing facility and I live 4 hours away so I needed to find a storage facility that was secure and clean and also one that was out of the weather. I found Pine lake storage and was thrilled they checked all the boxes and they have been amazing to work with. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing great storage.

I needed a short-term storage solution for an out-of-state move while I waited to close on my new home. I was able to reserve a unit on the day I needed it for a very reasonable price. It was a pleasure to work with the folks at Pine Lake Self Storage. We were able to secure a unit that was just the right size. Knowing Nebraska heat in the warmer months, I opted for the temperature-controlled unit which proved to be a smart choice. All our things remained in pristine condition. The unit was close to an outside door so when we were moving out, it was easy to access the truck. Our time there could not have been any better!
